I really liked the location of the VIDA guest house, the sea is 2 km away! minutes, there is always hot water, air conditioning, kitchen. The administrator Lyuba is very professional and responsive. The rooms are always clean, cozy, and have a TV. A closed area where it's not scary to leave a child. There is also a children's pool on site, which is cleaned every evening. I rested there for a month from July 1 to August 1. I liked everything! A cozy clean room. Refrigerator, TV, hair dryer. Lovely girls Lyuba and Anya did everything to make our vacation the most wonderful! Delicious hearty breakfasts, a minute to the sea, the sea is clean, you will always find a place on the beach to lie down near the sea. The VIDA Hotel is the most wonderful place to relax!

The overall impressions are positive: the location is a bomb, the staff is just a fairy tale, the cleanliness in the room and all the amenities are present. We had a rest at the VIDA guest house in September 2023. I really liked it, nice rooms, a beautiful large enclosed area, which is very convenient for families with children. Quiet, cozy, calm. There were practically no problems with electricity, the Internet worked perfectly. The sea is across the street, a large wide beach. Many thanks to the hosts Daniel and Victoria for the created comfort and special thanks to the administrator Lyubov! I solved all the questions of the vacationers very quickly and with all my heart. I recommend staying at the guest house to people who appreciate peace and comfort!!!

We are still resting in this wonderful hotel. We live in apartments with a kitchen, everything is perfect. And the view from the balcony is something. The territory is well maintained. The sea is 1 minute long.

We rested in the guest house several times. Only positive emotions remained. The hosts are very friendly and respond promptly to any request. The rooms are clean, the cleaning was done. The cuisine is very decent: delicious breakfasts, pizza is beyond praise, and what a delicious trout cannot be expressed in words))
A room with a terrace and a sofa, very comfortable.
The sea is close, a great advantage of the village and the location of the guest house is that there is no huge crowd of people on the beach.
Shops and cafes are within walking distance.

We had a rest in August at this hotel.
There is something to improve:
There was mold in the shower at the bottom.
Packaged tea is provided only for breakfast, then it is taken away, and it is impossible to drink tea, you will have to go to the store for bags, a strange saving.
The door to the courtyard does not close, I would like a combination lock at least.
There is tap water in the thermopot, I do not advise drinking it, it stinks of metal, and after the first heating, precipitation falls out.
If you heat your water in a kettle, you will have to stand and wait for it to boil, because it does not turn off on its own.
You can't cook in the kitchen on your own, apparently because there are gas cylinders.
The electricity was cut off several times, there was no water.
The room is dark
The price per room does not meet the conditions

We had a family vacation in July, 2023. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with. Maybe a year ago, judging by the reviews, it was decent here, but we were unlucky. The staff was changing, there was no cook, the guests were abandoned. The owner appeared rarely and not to solve problems (people were sitting without electricity every other day, which means without water, Internet) The TV in the room did not work, and in some rooms the air conditioning (despite the fact that the rooms are located in the attic - stuffy as in a bath). There was a smell of sewage everywhere. Cleaning is simply not provided. They took out the garbage themselves. They asked for toilet paper. Towels are not changed. The children's frame pool is dirty, the children cleaned themselves. The territory is unkempt. The food is very poor. We didn't have breakfast (even though we paid for it). We ate mostly in nearby cafes (tastier and cheaper). The rooms have terrible lighting, there is not enough furniture, in general, the owners do not really care about the comfort of their guests. The staff is unqualified in the hotel business, unnecessarily intrusive. I do not recommend it and of course we will look for another place of rest ourselves

A hotel, a small hotel with a closed, fenced area and internal parking. There is a children's sandbox with a bunch of toys. All rooms have their own entrances and verandas. We lived on the 1st floor, the last room. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, storage system and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The hot water was stable. Towels are provided. Nothing dries out in the bathroom, there is strong humidity, but this is almost everywhere. Breakfast is included in the price, quite tasty: omelette and pancakes, casserole and porridge, etc. Coffee, tea and milk are always freely available, until 23 o'clock. Dinner and lunch are ordered, according to the menu. They are prepared every day for several hours-an hour at the request of time. The hosts are friendly and responsive, in case of breakdowns and malfunctions, they solve and eliminate immediately. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea, just across the street from the hotel. The beach is rocky, unequipped with nothing. There are cafes on the beach. We went to eat at the Prichal cafe, with live music, a delicious menu and reasonable prices. When paying in a cafe, 10% of the service fee is included in the receipt everywhere.

We rested from July 7 to July 14, 2023. Of the pius, only the fenced area and the swimming pool. Everything else is cons. This also applies to the drip from the ceiling and the toilet, the rooms are decorated with black mold. Mold is both in the room and in the toilets. It smells terrible. There is no cleaning schedule. They are cleaned only at the entrance. Then allegedly on the 6th day. It's easier to wipe it yourself. It was rain, it began to drip in the room. The horror of course. If it rains, then there is no light, everything is cut down..both the air conditioner and the refrigerator...Everything is raw. The generator did not start. They say that everywhere....The towels are old, washed. There is a sofa in the advertisement, like on the terrace..I asked , they said they would bring it....They didn't bring anything. I asked to change the towels, they say we change them for the 5th day. It's terrible....no facial.... It is not clear what....if you don't arrive in time, they demand money in advance... and the problems are not eliminated....so we lived with a dripping ceiling in the toilet, and then in the room... look carefully, there are boards with smudges for a long time....The sandbox is destroyed, the boards are rotten, the sand is dirty, dogs are walking around the yard....There is no order. For the same money, you can rent decent housing in the same village, and not sit without a toilet in rainy weather. Damp and musty. On scary stools .

We arrived at the guest house in July 2023.I've never left a bad review, but I couldn't get past it. 1, the number in the picture is one thing in life is completely different.the room was rented superior, the wooden bed made terrible creaks, it was not possible to sit, there was nothing to sleep.the bed for the child was a mesh (spring), the mattress on the wooden bed was all crumpled and does not hold its shape, the lamp without a canopy, a piece of laminate was not finished. The closet seems to be there, but it does not seem to be there (a stick with hangers and a fabric semblance of shelves), there is no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, terribly yellow and dirty tiles, smell in the toilet, bed linen in stains that do not wash (as the administrator said that the juices are no longer washed) Short linen under the mattress is not it gets stuck and constantly crumpled, the towels are washed old 2. Now about cleanliness and hygiene. They clean 1 time in 5 days, prepare for dirt and unsanitary conditions for 5 days, neither wet nor any cleaning is done at all, the trash can is also never taken out, the mummy was taken out by themselves, the plumbing is all in a raid, the tile is terribly dirty.Keep in mind that if you run out of toilet paper, you will first be asked if it has been 5 days since you checked in, if not, then alas, you will not see any toilet paper!!!!! Let's start with the pros: 1. Pleasant staff, all friendly and try to help. 2. A small, enclosed area with a sandbox in the middle, where you can leave a 3-year-old child, go to the room and look after him from the balcony. 3. The sea is very close, the beaches are quite clean and sparsely populated (we were in June), but apart from the sea there is NOTHING in this village. 4. A normal shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, air conditioning, a comfortable mattress (applies only to 2 double beds, single springs dig into the back). 4. The food is delicious, quite decent breakfasts, pizza, like in an Italian restaurant, but the prices are not low (grilled trout 750₽).
Now about the cons: 1. The first night I did not sleep at all because of the strong smell of sewage and the lack of sound insulation. The upstairs neighbors traveled around the room almost all night, and their every step echoed in my poor skull with a sharp creak. And my youngest child was constantly trying to fall off a high single bed, obviously not a child's bed. My first question in the morning was: "How do I get the money back?" (By the way, be prepared that you will be charged the full cost of the reservation on the day of arrival, without giving you time to unpack). After that, we were immediately moved to the 2nd floor, to a newer and drier room, a baby cot was brought, and the child was given an additional portion of pancakes for breakfast. To be honest, the first few days I walked around anyway, looking for a replacement, but everything I liked was busy. 2. It was stated on the website that there would be a guest kitchen (for me it was an important moment, because on a strict health diet), it really appeared a week later and was a sink and microwave. Apparently, after my groans, on the last day before departure, an electric burner was solemnly brought in. 3. We were also promised a swimming pool, but it did not appear in 10 days. 4. There are cracks in the doors, and in addition to additional ventilation (which is not bad), all foreign odors, such as neighbors' smoking, and noises will fly to you if a cheerful company arrives (which happened on the 4th day of our vacation). 5. And, oh yes, a free transfer was announced on the website, but in fact they offered to meet us from Adler for 3000 rubles, and take us to the border for 500 (7 min drive).
In general, by Abkhazian standards, it's not bad, but in my opinion the price for the room is too high (although, due to the events, now all over Abkhazia they are taking advantage of the moment). It is perfect for adults who only spend the night and go on excursions. Children, if they are not lucky with a children's company, are likely to be bored.
After all, we couldn't stand it, and fled to Sochi 4 days earlier. We must pay tribute to the owner, after a short trial, we were still refunded the full cost of the remaining days of stay.

Upon arrival, an allergy to milk was announced:the breakfasts were prepared separately. Olga Yurievna (grey Cardinal) will solve any of your questions. Sergey, I drove back to the border for free (the cost of the transfer was announced to us immediately, all information is available on the booking). All issues are resolved instantly. We were vacationing with our family and dog. Hookah, trout and wings on the grill (order what you want). A swimming pool was installed upon departure. Air conditioning, underfloor heating (help to dry the laundry). I come to the guest house "Vida" for the 4th time (we were with a break of 3 years), we rested there from 1.08.22 to 08.21.22.I went there because it was a proven place, which was important to me, because I was there with 2 children (one is 2 years old), we went to a proven place.
Now I'll start with what I lowered the "⭐" for.The agreement was made with the hosts in advance (in March), the amount of accommodation + breakfast was announced.No one asked what time he was coming in, what time we would leave (however, there were no problems with this on previous visits), but in fact it turned out that no one was waiting for us early (at 5 a.m.), although 3 days before arrival I warned everyone and reminded them of arrival, our room was occupied (well there was a free room and after 2 days I did not have to go to the beach with the children before lunch).I wanted to pay for a late check-out, but then it turned out that our room on 21.08 would be occupied until 14:00 (I left for the train at 15:00) and we had to release our things before 12:00 at that moment we were standing in the kitchen, we were washing in the staff room, and in fact we were leavingand our room was still not occupied (there is no feedback from visitors).They tried to smooth it all out, but the sediment remained.
The second one was removed because there is such audibility in the rooms on the ground floor that it's just terrible, everything creaks, everything shakes, people climb to the second floor by a wooden staircase (they are still well-fed), and in the room at this moment it seems that the walls are now folding.+inflated room prices, everything is shabby, in cobwebs, mold on the walls in the bathroom, fungus.Nothing is improving, only being completed and attached
Now "+": the food was good enough:4 breakfast options, which alternated with 5 lunch options.About the barbecue:the prices are very high, you could buy the same thing on the next street, but 2 times cheaper (the only difference is that it's not hot there, but it stood a little).The pizza is good and delicious.The staff is good, they helped with any requests and problems.
More: there are no cafes or decent shops near the guest house, I had to go far for fruits

It's a terrible place!! Don't believe the good reviews. This is definitely a DECEPTION. 1. Accommodation in wooden houses. The rooms are small, there are a lot of beds. Our only window was blocked by extra bunk beds, even though there were two of us. The linen and towels are old, washed. The pillows are lumpy. The plumbing is old. There is mold on the tile. There is no elementary thing: a toilet paper holder. The bed creaked violently. 2. The territory is not landscaped. A large wasteland. There is a children's sandbox, but for some reason it is covered with black sand and overgrown with grass. There is a small inflatable pool. There is a barbecue, always with garbage, you need to clean it yourself. 3. Wi-fi. Communication is extremely rare. Sometimes you can also send SMS, but it is impossible to work on a PC. TV is here via the Internet, that is, it works on a par with wi-fi for 1 minute, it hangs for 10 minutes. You definitely won't be able to spend an evening in front of the TV. 4. Light and water. This is a bunch: the lights are turned off, the water disappears. They turn off about 5 to 10 times a day. It is impossible to guess the shutdown time. On September 19, there was a thunderstorm early in the morning, we sat for 5 hours without electricity, water and, of course, wi-fi. 5. Breakfast. It just can't get any worse. No choice of dishes. They put porridge + another dish, for example, a piece of omelet. Bread is given out for 1 piece per person. 6. The locality itself is a village. There is nowhere to go: the road used by dashing Abkhazians, there is no sidewalk, you have to walk on the grass. There is a mini market nearby. There is no pharmacy within walking distance. There is only one decent cafe in the nearby Amra sunrise hotel. The wines are bad. 7. We paid for an excursion to the island of Ritsa. An old hard tarantass has arrived. The driver drives the pedal to the floor. Those with sore backs or motion sickness, it is better not to go on long trips. 8. The female administrator, Olga, if I'm not mistaken, communicates extremely unfriendly, can shout. The owner, who is also the host, communicated cordially and politely until our arrival and payment. Then the communication stopped. To our complaints on WhatsApp, the owner replied that we should learn patience (I'm not kidding)!! BE CAREFUL.

A cozy house, designed for family accommodation. There are necessary items for the kids: we were provided with a high chair, a baby cot. There is a sandbox tent in the courtyard. The kitchen and dining room are shared and are located on the street under the roof. There is a patio upstairs. The rooms are clean, the furniture is modest, but new (beds, not old sofas). the bathroom is serviceable. The most important thing is very high-quality towels and bed linen! Not old, washed, but snow-white. Good value for money.
