Hello, we returned today from the Victoria Resort hotel, there are many disadvantages, but there are also advantages. The first thing I want to say is that the hotel is not 5*, I would give 4 maximum.I'll start in order, I want to say right away, this is my opinion, maybe it will help someone to be prepared for the downsides.We arrived at the hotel and were given a very noisy room with windows directly facing the animation, with the words, "as you asked, it's not noisy at all and the air conditioner doesn't work, but it will be fixed")))The room is very old with a battered armchair-bed for a child.I went to ask for an exchange, they told me you would spend the night and tomorrow we will give you another one and said which one, come at 14h.It's certainly not convenient, not unpacking a suitcase for a day, but nothing.In the morning I looked at the room that was offered to us, everything was fine with us, I came to the reception, and they told me -"this room was given to the Germans, and another one to you" I was upset, but I went to see another room, the key did not open, I went back to the reception, I was already upset, I started angrily with them to talk, firstly they deceived, secondly, to run back and forth in the heat, out of 10 days of rest we cannot rest normally for two days, ((well, the main thing is that it would not be noisy, this one is the same broken, but the windows are far from the disco.We moved in, and then again the kondey does not work, the horror is on 40 street, and again the kondey will be repaired tomorrow, But then the husband could not stand it and went to figure it out, they came, repaired, repaired, tried to tell us that it works, but it just blows like a fan and that's it, the husband told them, "no, it does not work"well, they had to admit and change the condee, only they left, an hour later, it was after dinner, the condee flowed ((the husband was back at the reception, but then his patience ran out, they came.)The second day of vacation has ended(.It's a shame, and this is after I asked in writing, the travel agent also asked, and I also, on the advice, brought them a gift.Now the negativity is over, so I'm not writing a review right away.And about the hotel itself, the animation is good, the staff at the restaurant and bar are excellent, the girls are just smart, thanks to them, it's a long way to the sea, but it's not scary.And why I gave the hotel 4* is, first of all, the rooms are terrible, the second meal, there are a lot of everything, but it's still kind of monotonous, it's hard to explain, and the drinks, many write that they are good, well, it's definitely for an amateur,wine from taps,cocktails are sweet, I'm not very,beer,gin And the whiskey is definitely not 5*.The only huge plus is the sea and the beach.In my opinion, the hotel is very much inferior to many 4*

I am writing a review from my family :
A great beach, but it's a long way to go, there is an opportunity to get to the sea by transfer. The staff is all friendly when contacting, but they do not pay attention to the Russians, it's a bit insulting that the Germans are being groomed, but we are not.
The animation is good, the children are occupied for several hours, everyone likes it, the evening performances are super.
The territory is boring, there is nothing to look at, everything is very very modest and old-fashioned, especially the Dining Room(USSR).
The room was taken by a "family" KILLED on the rampage, this was not seen anywhere in hotels and this is a 5-star hotel, a room with a low ceiling in which only a bed and a storeroom without windows can be placed in which people should live, and this counts as two rooms, for 2.5 thousand per day we were offered to change the room. This is an outrage!!!!!!!
The lights went out several times in the dark throughout the territory, one of them I got stuck in the elevator, I had enough impressions).
The food was excellent, the dishes were varied and delicious every day, the juice was freshly squeezed for $ 2, the alcohol was all diluted, we tasted everything all day, it's terrible, it's better to come with your own. But Ice cream parlors and cakes are mega delicious.
The rest went well, but the hotel needs improvement and renovation

I am writing my review immediately upon arrival home.I really liked the hotel!!!The food is amazing in its variety:lots of fruits.vegetables.meat for every taste.The staff is very helpful and friendly.The room was cleaned daily, no problem.The location of the hotel is on the second line, but it does not cause any inconvenience:the bus from the hotel takes you to the beach in three minutes, every half hour and picks you up, but we walked to the beach for about five minutes at a leisurely pace.In general, the rest was wonderful, my daughter and I were satisfied and I would like to return to this hotel to rest again.

Our stay at the hotel is coming to an end, but I would like to stay. Going on vacation, choosing hotels, I read a lot of reviews and worried because I was going on vacation with children 5 and 15 years old, I would like them not to have a snack and everyone liked the rest. My experiences were immediately canceled after check-in, the hotel is compact, the food is for every taste, the pools are great for both children and adults, the beach is super. Animation will amuse even meatballs who like to soak up on a chaise longue (I am one myself) 😊 evening entertainment is just super for both children and adults. Victoria resort is our love at first sight, we will come back to you again, good luck, prosperity and positive emotions! 💋 Ps building 4 and 5 is not very convenient for me to live with small children who go to bed early because music is playing loudly until 24.00, in building 3 I think smoke is tightening when dinner is cooked on mangalas and barbecue in the evening.
