I only went to the track, the gym is good. I took out a monthly subscription, went, stopped by the end of the month, my money was debited for the last month (I forgot to unlink the card, my fault). I am very disappointed that the money cannot be refunded, I wrote to support and e-mail, explained the situation, they refused to return it to me (although they met me without problems everywhere if they saw that I did not use the subscription). So now I have a month of subscription, which is not relevant to me (my knee started to hurt and I can't walk for health reasons), which I explained to the administration by mail, and they just stopped responding to me! It's a shame for the money and for the unnecessary monthly subscription. It's unpleasant that it's just a waste of money and such an attitude towards the client, there's nothing you can do with this subscription.
