There is a good pharmacy with all the necessary medicines, an excellent department store under the pharmacy in the basement, bike rental, opposite McDonalds and the Il Mercato hotel.

Half of the necessary medicines were missing, the pharmacist told me that now everything I asked for is a rare thing in the pharmacy. As a result, I bought these "rare" medicines at another nearby store for the same price. The dollar exchange rate is very unfavorable, 45 pounds, at 48.3 at the ATM. So you can only pay in pounds here. The prices are acceptable, as on the website.
