I am simply delighted with the service and quality that "From the heart" offers! I ordered a bouquet for my mom for her birthday, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. From the very beginning of communication with the manager, I felt the care and attention to detail. They helped me choose the perfect flowers, taking into account my mother's preferences.
When the bouquet was delivered, I couldn't contain my emotions! It looked simply amazing: fresh, bright flowers, perfectly matched and decorated. My mom was thrilled! She even said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received.
In addition, I liked that the delivery was completed on time, and the courier was very polite. This showed that the company really values its customers and cares about their comfort.

My husband ordered a bouquet for me through ""Vgosti.by "as a surprise for our anniversary, and it was incredibly enjoyable! I didn't even expect such a gift to be so bright and unexpected. A good floral with interesting offers of ready-made bouquets, as well as florists are ready to perform work of any complexity, if the available flowers allow it. No matter how much I bought, I never had any complaints/ problems. There may be queues on "rush days" (as everywhere else, in general), so it's worth booking bouquets in advance

05.10. this point of flowers was my last hope (after 5 places before it), I could not find a French rose. The girl offered an alternative (a new kind of aster - it was for me 6 fluffy, dense petals, a flower - cap). This was the best alternative for a product photo shoot))) Thank you very much to the florist girl (sorry, I don't know the name). We politely answered the phone and it turned out that there are sunflowers, when I found them almost nowhere else-these are advantages.
But the flowers themselves, with good care, look like this 1.5 days after purchase. It's a disappointment. There were spots on the leaves right away, small ones, so they didn't sell much value. But then the spots got bigger and the flowers withered.
upd: after 3 days, the flowers were covered with mold!!! The flowers were in drinking water, which was changed every day. It turns out that the sick flowers were initially sold, possibly Alternaria Nees.

Excellent salon with excellent service! The service is wonderful - I have not seen such a high level of customer service for a long time!
I bought flowers remotely. I was contacted, discussed the bouquet, and sent photos of flowers before and after the bouquet was collected. We attached a postcard to the bouquet, which conveyed my mood!!!!
Online payment took me up to a minute. We made a fast delivery. My girlfriend noted that the courier was nice and intelligent (special thanks for that). The florists announced that the bouquet had been delivered - and wished them a wonderful mood! How pleasant it is!
I regret that I just found a flower shop with excellent service when I moved abroad...

He seems to be a polite receptionist and a florist with an individual approach. !!But I am very discouraged by the fact that after talking with the florist and my remark that the flowers in the bouquet are old, I was assured that this was not the case, I came for the bouquet and, as I said, the rose was used in the bouquet so old that some of the buds had already turned white petals, and to hide it, the florist drowned it deeper into the bouquet, so as not to catch the eye. Most of all, I was offended that I asked a direct question on the phone, and I don't see a big problem saying, sorry, there are no flowers to fulfill your order. As a result, the mood was spoiled, I had to buy another bouquet, where the flowers were fresher, but I categorically did not like it. I strongly advise against it!!!
