The organization of work is excellent - we received an American visa, spent 7-10 minutes on everything, BUT!!!! We were in Astana for an interview on Tuesday, as it turned out on the eve of Nauryz (Nowruz) and nowhere (NOWHERE!!!) There was no warning that there would be days off from Thursday to Monday inclusive. On Thursday morning we arrived to receive the documents, the notification that they were transferred to the delivery service came on Wednesday after 16:00, and the office is closed until Tuesday! And there were many such people. The security of the business center says so every year. Add weekend alerts, especially if it's several days in a row, and you'll just be "great"

Everyone is pushing, breathing down their backs, not because they are bad people, but because there is not even room to stand. It's a pity there is no choice where to rent more.

Находится в здании БЦ Каскад. Приятно увидеть отлаженную работу с большим оборотом документов и большим количеством народа. Респект. Визы выдают на 11 этаже, по живой очереди с записью на электронном киоске. Никакой суеты и сутолоки - 20 человек прошло через одно окошко не более чем за 45 минут. Все чинно и благородно. Спасибо

Не серьезные, очень срочно нужно было забрать визу в первой половине дня, сказали что можете прийти с утра и забрать, по итогу когда пришел - дали отворот-поворот на ресепшене, сказав что визу отдают только с трех до пяти.

Они за столько лет даже не удосужились написать простенького робота, который в заявках будет отслеживать дату вылета самолета и предупреждать сотрудников, что нужно КАК МИНИМУМ обратить внимание на таких людей и предпринять шаги, чтобы их заявления на визу в посольстве рассмотрели в срочном порядке. То, как они работают - это 2010ые годы, а сейчас уже 2020ые и клиенты имеют право на индивидуальный подход. Тому, кто изначально выстроил бизнес-процессы в этом месте - позор и твердый "неуд"! Вот нафиг вы не сдались со своим пофигизмом - любой может принести документы через дорогу и ничего вам не платить.
