The organization of work is excellent - we received an American visa, spent 7-10 minutes on everything, BUT!!!! We were in Astana for an interview on Tuesday, as it turned out on the eve of Nauryz (Nowruz) and nowhere (NOWHERE!!!) There was no warning that there would be days off from Thursday to Monday inclusive. On Thursday morning we arrived to receive the documents, the notification that they were transferred to the delivery service came on Wednesday after 16:00, and the office is closed until Tuesday! And there were many such people. The security of the business center says so every year. Add weekend alerts, especially if it's several days in a row, and you'll just be "great"

The passport is issued quickly, the queue is very small. If the owner of the passport does not receive it, then an ordinary handwritten power of attorney is needed, without notarization.

It's a great place, I needed to pass the time before departure. It fit perfectly, there is a luggage storage and a wardrobe, everything is free. There are many shops, restaurants, several banks. The airport is not far away.
