We came to the appointment, they told us that there was no drug and that it was not used in their clinic. Then they explained with dissatisfaction that it was there and overdue. My requests to sort out the situation were answered with annoyance that they had the following reception.

A good clinic with caring and professional specialists. The older cat was sterilized here, everything went great. Then they treated the younger one about the teeth. We looked carefully and gave good recommendations. They don't try to get money for everything in vain. We will contact you again if necessary.
All night they tried to help the kitten, they traveled all the round-the-clock vet clinics, and no one helped, only they put a catheter and took tests, tore off a lot of money, and sent it to an infectious disease clinic. Quite by chance, the next day, we saw this clinic near the house , went in , explained, said about the tests and the diagnosis of PANLEUKOPENIA, Ilona's doctor, just without further ado, accepted the kitten, did everything that was necessary, warned that the disease was terrible and complicated , but her actions and attitude towards the animal showed that, in first of all, this is a person who loves animals and his job. She explained everything, explained everything, spread it out, suggested what you can do on your own. And despite the fact that the diagnosis is terrible, I did everything professionally with trepidation and care!!!!!
After IVs and procedures, the kitten came to life, began to move, and ate a little.
Of course, we still need to be treated, but I am sure that with such a doctor we will achieve the desired result.

This is, of course, in addition to the very placement of the catheter at 11.79p, the stability of the catheter and consumables. Just to rip it off. And this is in addition to the fact that in another branch (we went on a tip from a doctor from this branch, it feels like it was somehow a conspiracy), an incorrect diagnosis was made, and the treatment that led to bradycardia. And the prescribed drug should be used with caution with the kidneys (a cat with nephritis has been for a year). Now the cat has acute renal failure, we are pulling the cat out of the other world and we can only guess why it started... By the way, a wonderful cardiologist prescribed 4 appointments with an interval of a week, for which we regularly paid. We will deal with this issue when the cat stops dying.
