My call to us was "why weren't we warned how much such a service would cost before providing it without our request?" - the administrator replied that we ourselves had to look at the site how much such a service costs, and this is how it is paid in all clinics. If, even with a simple request, services are imposed, the cost of which is almost 100% of the cost of the main one, then what should we expect when contacting for a more serious reason? I highly do not recommend this clinic.

When, after a subcutaneous drip, I wanted to take away half of the contents of the jar of medicine for which I had paid (the details of the receipt clearly indicate that I paid for the whole jar), the administrator said that "we do not give medicines to the clinic." So the medicine I paid for is still not mine, but the clinic's? How is that even possible? For what purpose do they keep for themselves what I paid for, what I bought from them and what already belongs to me? The administrator was also unable to give an answer to this question of mine.

But this is not so important when our cat is alive and well after such an operation, where he had to remove half of his teeth and brush all the remaining ones
