Doctors treat all their patients with great attention and care, for them it does not matter if there is a dog or a purebred cat or a mongrel))) I personally saw how they bring homeless cats and dogs from the street (probably volunteers) and leave them in clinics for treatment) the attitude to everyone is the same, caring, attentive, the care is very good and they fight for everyone's life! I signed up for preoperative tests, they said 5000 on the phone, 20,000 were withdrawn at the counter when paying, they explained this by saying that "well, at the request of the client, they also make a transcript for pedigreed cats with suspected heart threshold." Attention introductory notes: a young non-pedigree cat, with excellent blood pressure, I did not ask for an additional transcript. In general, of course, thank you, but to leave 4 times more than stated - they warn about this and ask if I need such additional services.
This morning, July 24, 2024, I called the clinic at 10:20 a.m. asking for help for my cat. The receptionist on the phone informed me that the doctor would be available only after 15:00, and asked me to call back in 10 minutes. Usually clients receive a callback from the clinic, but it seems that clients are not in the first place in this clinic.
When I said I would be working and asked if they could call me back themselves, the receptionist refused. This is simply outrageous! This attitude demonstrates a complete lack of care and respect for customers. The clinic administration should review its policy and hire more professional staff to work with clients
