I do not recommend it! The attitude towards people is rude and boorish. The desire to "check" the attitude towards my animals has disappeared.
When I came to the appointment with my cat (there is no record, only a "live" queue), I did not immediately understand what to do, where to wait, what procedures are in the clinic. A girl is sitting behind the glass, talking on the phone, in the next room there are people with their animal and, it seems, a doctor with them. No one pays any attention to me. I sat down on a chair and waited.
My cat meows sometimes. His ear hurts and he's scared. In my opinion, it is normal when animals make noise in veterinary clinics. But the staff of this clinic does not think so. A doctor (a man in a blue robe) came out, shouted something in a rude tone in Georgian And left. I realized that there was some kind of complaint against me. The girl from the queue translated to me that I was asked to wait outside because my cat was bothering me with his meowing.
This "request" was very rude. It was very unpleasant, I was counting on a more professional approach and respectful attitude. I went to Kiwi, was accepted without an appointment and helped a lot.
In summary, I will say that I do not know how professional the staff of this veterinary clinic are in relation to animals (I will not trust them with my animals), but there is something to work on in relations with people.

I went to this clinic in an emergency situation with a dog who had a critically elevated temperature. The injection of analgin was made by a young specialist — I have no complaints about him, he acted calmly and professionally. However, Sergo Zakashvili demanded money for the injection, who insisted on paying in the amount of GEL 30, and it was possible to pay only in cash or by transfer to his personal account. I was not provided with any receipts or receipts.
The dog was not examined. The temperature was measured, but I was not informed of it, and I did not receive any information about the pet's condition. Throughout the visit, Sergo Zakashvili pretended that he did not understand Russian, but as soon as it came to payment, he immediately began to understand me and insisted on transferring money to his personal account.
I am extremely disappointed with Sergo Zakashvili's actions and consider his behavior absolutely unacceptable. The clinic clearly needs to review its policy regarding payment and provision of information to clients.
It was a complete disrespect and lack of interest in the dog's condition. It is outrageous that I was not warned about the payment methods in advance, but only after the procedure they demanded to transfer money to a personal account or pay in cash. Considering that I was with a newly operated dog in my arms, I had no way to solve the problem with payment at the moment. With this attitude, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Не рекомендую!!! Пришла узнать куда мне нужно обратиться, для вывоза собаки в Турцию. Мне (не понятно зачем) выписали какую то справку, взяли 30 лари. Если они со справкой так поступили представляю какие они лекарства выписывают. Вот репутация данной клиники. Живу рядом но буду обходить данную клинику.
