We arrived on Wednesday. They did not call us beforehand and did not specify whether we would come, which was strange. I thought it was just not accepted in this clinic, there were no suspicions. They brought the cat in a carrier to the clinic (this is already stressful for him, he is fearful). They called the time of the appointment, to which they received the administrator's round eyes and the phrase: "And the doctor has already left. And anyway, your doctor got sick today and took another one." We were not warned about any of this in advance. And in the end, it even turned out that in our case it is better not to go to a therapist, but immediately to an oncologist, because a regular blood test will not show anything.
As a result, on the advice of one administrator, we signed up for the wrong specialist, and due to the oversight of another administrator, we forgot about our appointment altogether. We made an appointment the next day to see an oncologist at Melnikite, thank you for that, of course, we will go. But the cat and we, the owners, have unnecessary stress. The administration's approach is very unprofessional. We do not cancel an appointment with an oncologist just because he has good recommendations and there is hope that administrators will pay more attention to Melnikite.
The attitude towards animals is at zero, everything is much more expensive and at a level lower than any other places. I have only money on my mind, I will never turn.
