I didn't find any advantages. The clinic is very dirty, the examination table is dirty, it was treated only after the request, obviously no one washed after the examination of the previous patient. The overall situation is depressing. Medicines, there's also some kind of fluff, some kind of syringe. Everything stands on one cabinet together. Although medicines should not be stored like this. I can imagine the conditions under which their operations are carried out, apparently, the staff is unfamiliar with the rules of asepsis and antisepsis. I do not advise anyone!
P.S. the doctor who performed the ultrasound is very strongly scented with some unpleasant perfume, the kitten smells of these harsh perfumes for 2 days. Despite the fact that the kitten has bronchial asthma and harsh aromas are contraindicated, an attack may occur.

The first doctor's appointment and vaccination for the kitten on Yakubov ,2 03.07.2024 was performed perfectly, the injection was made in the thigh, the kitten was fine.
Upon repeated treatment for revaccination on 07/28/2024, the doctor Rud A.I. Tried for the first time to prick the animal in the middle of the spine, the animal reacted painfully, the needle bounced off, the second time the same thing, an injection in the spine, not in the withers, in the middle. The animal reacted to this very hard, too.
When asked that the previous vaccination was performed in the thigh, the doctor replied that the previous doctor on 03.07 was not competent, and Biofel was not injected into the thigh.
Also, no one was going to listen to the cat and measure the temperature
I would like to receive an answer from the clinic administration as it is still necessary to perform injections with this vaccine according to the protocol
There was an unpleasant feeling after the visit
I'm not sure I'll come again.

We heard good reviews about the branch in Serebryanka, so when we found a lump in the cat's shoulder blades, we decided to make an appointment. Initially, we made an appointment with a therapist (on the recommendation of the administrator) on Tuesday, but then they called us back and rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday + promised a 10% discount. We arrived on Wednesday. They did not call us beforehand and did not specify whether we would come, which was strange. I thought it was just not accepted in this clinic, there were no suspicions. They brought the cat in a carrier to the clinic (this is already stressful for him, he is fearful). They called the time of the appointment, to which they received the administrator's round eyes and the phrase: "And the doctor has already left. And anyway, your doctor got sick today and took another one." We were not warned about any of this in advance. And in the end, it even turned out that in our case it is better not to go to a therapist, but immediately to an oncologist, because a regular blood test will not show anything.
As a result, on the advice of one administrator, we signed up for the wrong specialist, and due to the oversight of another administrator, we forgot about our appointment altogether. We made an appointment the next day to see an oncologist at Melnikite, thank you for that, of course, we will go. But the cat and we, the owners, have unnecessary stress. The administration's approach is very unprofessional. We do not cancel an appointment with an oncologist just because he has good recommendations and there is hope that administrators will pay more attention to Melnikite.
