I had to go to this clinic on December 31, the cat became seriously ill. Of course, it's the eve of the holiday, but no one has canceled the human attitude. A cursory examination (if you can call it an examination) and at the same time a doctor's comment, as a reproach to me: the cat looks very bad for its age (and I took the cat from the street), they signed up for oral sanitation.
Segolnya, on January 3, 2025, I came with a cat who was dying (her condition had deteriorated dramatically these days), although I followed all the recommendations that I was given. The only girl in the treatment room showed human concern and suggested that it was an acute infection and that the cat could not be saved. I have decided on euthanasia. The doctor, or I don't know who the woman who gave the injection was, just shocked me with her creepy, callous attitude. The dachshund was treated several times. Queues are different, usually 3-5 people, more for lunch. But the queue goes fast, usually 2 doctors take it, but in the morning there are usually operations. They put two on ivs, while they drip, they don't sit, they take the next ones. Therefore, there is often one queue for an IV, the second for an appointment-examination. Certificates for traveling abroad - according to the third, a separate specialist in his office. There is no electronic queue, but everything is thought out and organized.
