It is not clear who set the prices, and it is impossible to know the cost of basic castration of a cat in advance: only a mysterious surgeon knows them, and he is always busy, they ask you to call back later. Calling a government agency during the day, I did not receive information about the cost, at least approximate, of the service I needed. The phone numbers listed on the site are not relevant, the number must be obtained after a personal visit. As for vaccination, things are even worse: the staff does not know the names of the vaccines that are available.
