I read reviews, a lot of them are not very good, but I risked going with a foundling kitten, because it is close to me. I thought I'd assess the situation right on the spot. I arrived, there was no queue at the office, the veterinarian was polite, she was vaccinated very professionally, the kitten was not even afraid. I examined him. The prices are very reasonable, in private clinics it is almost twice as expensive (if not more) So we were satisfied with the reception. Maybe we were so lucky, but next time, if necessary, we will go there too.

I really liked the clinic! Adequate doctors! Professionals! They diagnosed after the examination, took blood for analysis, although the Persian was immediately given, but then, after a sincere conversation "eye to eye" with the doctor and a click on the nose, he got into it and allowed it))) They did an ultrasound, took me for injections for 5 days... As a result, they saved my age-old cat from inflammatory processes in the peritoneum! Thank you all very much, Doctors!!!
The prices are adequate, they do not take too much. Queues are moderate, well, what do you want, the clinic is in demand! Some patients came by appointment for a certain time. On the phone, the staff always offers a convenient time based on the actual workload, I witnessed it myself. I did not see rudeness and callousness, everyone is attentive to patients and their owners.
I recommend the clinic.
One of the wishes is to add a cardiologist and appropriate procedures to the staff.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the veterinarians of this branch. Especially for Andrei Gennadievich. This man saved my cat, there was very little chance. The cat was old, he was severely dehydrated, there was very, very little blood in him that they couldn't even take for analysis. Khotko Andrey Gennadievich did everything possible and impossible to save my pet. The cat is energetic again and as if that period of illness was a terrible dream. I am very satisfied with the service, I would like to have the same number of services at other veterinary stations. Sometimes there are queues, but this is not a complaint about the station, rather there are questions about similar stations in other districts of Minsk.

The veterinarians are normal, not to compare with what happened about 15 years ago. A wide range of assistance. One disadvantage is that now they don't work around the clock!!! It's a pity!!! Only until 22.00. Of course there are queues. The room is clean, the table is disinfected after each visitor! Cash/non-cash payment. I would like the prices to be at least a little cheaper / I do not take into account private clinics, there is generally an exorbitant price tag. If you need help, we always contact you here. In our cases, qualified help was provided / and the cases were difficult! Our dog was rescued twice. Thanks!!!

Don't bring your pet here with something serious. Doctors have different opinions, difficult patients are fed "herbs" at random, why and for what they will not explain, there is not enough professionalism for "we cannot help you, contact another clinic".
+1 star for the lifting prices and in gratitude for the relief of droppers. Sterilization or a broken paw may be OK, but otherwise go at your own risk, they can ruin the pet.

They signed up, but did not do castration, because the doctor immediately warned that there was no equipment for resuscitation and in the case of a non-standard reaction to anesthesia, he would not be able to help the dog. So this is not an option for brachycephals (too much risk). But thanks to the doctor for his sincerity, there is no information about anesthesia and risks on the website and on the phone

Disgusting staff , I waited 2 hours for a consultation , while the doctor was walking down the street , then talking on the phone . When I was already in a rage , I came up and said " when will you accept us " and the man talked on the phone for another 20 minutes and stupidly walked the corridor for another 10 minutes without accepting anyone . In all 2 hours, I saw only one person whom he accepted, and then he did something else .

I had to apply for a vet passport to carry the dog on the train. I called in the morning to find out the reception hours, I managed to get through only after lunch. They informed me that you can apply until 17.00. And only when I asked again, they added that on Wednesdays - until 20.00 (it was just Wednesday). Arriving at about 18.00, the staff were very surprised that on the specified day, this administrative procedure should be carried out after 17.00. There was no queue for an appointment. However, the documents were prepared extremely reluctantly. The animal was not properly examined, only the chip was scanned (the dog is healthy, because we regularly go to private centers, but the very fact of formalism is alarming). With such an attitude, there is no desire to apply again from the word "at all". Only if absolutely necessary. Why can't they allow the issuance of vet.passports in private centers, where the staff is mostly more responsive, are not clear.

I saved a former domestic cat from the street / capture, the poor guy took a sip in his life, and here he is like the last trash! I have had animals with lichen, incontinence, but I have never met such a clear aversion and unwillingness to work with a patient.Despite the fact that the animal looks decent, clean, spent a week on overexposure. This is a vet clinic! You treat animals, they come to you for help, not for tea!!! You are the station of the district! Where to go? To whom for help? So leave a sick animal to die, and not treat it? Ugh, are your ears dirty!? Seriously!? What kind of vaccination history can be required from a volunteer rescuing a discarded animal? Are you kidding? Basic sympathy, ow, where are you?? To diagnose the absence of the virus in an animal "by sight" is like pointing a finger at the sky... And this is after 2 hours of waiting... I'm not talking about injection treatment of an unadapted animal under stress at all! At the sight of the syringe, he became hysterical at home and wet himself... Even when (from experience) I asked for an alternative, the doctor ignored it.. As a result, it was a double waste of money on drugs, because they bought pills later anyway. Well, how is it???
