I was outraged that the animal's blood tests did not give a printout. This is the first time I've seen this in clinics. And they took blood from the animal , causing great stress to the animal , asked the staff to give the animal a break so that it would calm down , the staff snorted and left ... for a long time there was no one and no one came to our office . I was left alone with the animal. When their mood had already calmed down, they still decided to approach us.
I have always been in a good impression of the clinic, I always leave tips.
