I don't know why vet. pharmacy!? I received a customs Union certificate there for the export of an animal abroad. It is a pity that the inspection of the animal and the certificate is done in different parts of the city, it is very inconvenient (( You take the animal to one end of the city, you pass the inspection, and then you go with these papers to the other end of the city for the certificate, as it is not humanly possible to do so that you get everything in one place :(
