I came from a neighboring town for an emergency dog operation. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, responsive, and funny. I really liked the atmosphere itself.

I have three animals, two cats and a dog, I treat everyone only in this clinic, I do not know from where such bad reviews are here, the younger cat was sterilized for the first time, brought out of anesthesia, the entire examination was performed after surgery, no need to write about prices, which is expensive, expensive EVERYWHERE!!!! then with the older cat, a malignant tumor appeared, they passed tests, kidney failure, they made all the ivs, later we got a cold, immediately called the clinic and asked what to do, I brought her, they made an IV, everything is fine. The cat has recovered, the tumor has been killed, everything has healed perfectly, those who write that the joints have not healed, then in the future, it is necessary to give the animal antibodies!!! This was all prescribed to me in the conclusion. The cat was coming out of anesthesia perfectly, everything healed perfectly. The situation with the dog, we found atit, immediately wrote what to do, we bought everything and are being treated, the symptoms are gone for 2 days!!! I want to highlight the director of this veterinary clinic, a very kind positive person, Ekaterina Kuskova is a wonderful doctor as well, Anton is an anesthesiologist, the girls who made ivs for us, everyone I came across is a very good doctor, contact them and you will not regret it👌🏻

It was about a year and a half ago. I remember that the tables are not disinfected, there is a feeling of dirt. We went there to sterilize cats. The first time I came with a semi-pedigreed cat. We did all the tests before sterilization, we were told that everything was OK. As a result, I went there every day after the operation, because the cat became ill. I was assured that everything seemed to me, until I started yelling. As a result, it turned out that I was right and the cat was really sick.
The second cat did not go to the toilet at large after sterilization. I went there every day for 3 days. They looked at me like an idiot, laughed and said that everything was OK and eventually gave oil to the cat so that all the feces came out. They said that nothing could be felt in the intestine and that I did not notice where the cat went to the toilet. I was like a MORON looking for cat poop for 3 days all over the room. result : I couldn't stand it and went to another clinic, I saw that the cat was ill. As a result, they gave her an enema and pulled out the cork. The curtain!
P.s. the surgeons themselves are good here, but the rest of the staff are white-handed! Instead of sticking a finger in the ass of a cat and understanding whether there is feces or not in the intestine, they like to do everything cleanly and not dirty their hands (they bought a belly) . But how beautifully they talked about working in Germany and the EU as a whole.

Our cat is 16 years old, there was a big problem with his teeth, they had to be removed.The age of the cat is difficult for surgery under anesthesia.But our doctor, Pavel Vadimovich, examined our furry friend very carefully and with a desire to help, nothing was done on, maybe,. We passed the examination, literally without delay, after which the cat was able to have an operation to remove patients, in a rather complex form, teeth and tartar.

They throw incomprehensible words, the diagnosis is not called. The prices are great. I asked for the results of ultrasound and tests the next day after admission. Ultrasound was not given at all, they said they did it for free (although ultrasound was prescribed in the checklist). I noticed the wrong date on the test results only at home. Now I don't know if these are our tests. We expected help after such a huge amount of positive feedback. But they didn't get help. I don't know if they treated us properly at all or just pulled out money, knowing that the animal would die anyway. In general, our cat suffered for 3 days without even receiving relief from their manipulations and died. I do not recommend this clinic. Especially if you need help urgently. And remember, the clinic is open until 21:00, i.e. in the evening, closer to closing, you will not receive any help.

I rate it this way, because a vet clinic is not the name of a vet clinic, but their name is a VET clinic. And if the VET CLINIC takes responsibility for making inpatient and long-term ivs, then it IS OBLIGED to provide assistance, and not expose people with pulmonary edema to the street, because they have the end of the working day!!!!!Professional doctors-yes, they did the treatment for our cat, it seems, right, but keep in mind that if you need long-term ivs, or a hospital, and if, suddenly, the animal gets sick during this treatment, how did we do it: We are with an animal in need of oxygen, because he had pulmonary edema right on the IV in the vet, they put him out the door at the end of the working day. We flew to another vet clinic for oxygen, but it was useless, 10 minutes and the cat died without oxygen on the way to the vet clinic! That's why! People! If you need long-term treatment, such as long-term ivs, do not take risks, but go to a place where you will not be thrown out the door with a suffocating animal, as it was with us...
The working day is until 21.00 and do not care, oxygen, the condition of the animal or something else, the DOORS ARE CLOSED!
