I highly do not recommend the master to Alexander! Don't trust her with your dog! Thinks only about money and possible profit! Does not let the cigarette out of his mouth when he takes the dog! I don't usually write reviews, but I can't keep silent here. We came to Alexandra to do grooming for the exhibition, which she coped with quite well, but then offered an additional service (to walk with the dog at the exhibition). I started to scare that it was very difficult, that there were a lot of nuances, and she was a professional and a dog handler and would cope much better, and this is our first exhibition, and we trusted her. As a result, at the exhibition itself, she practically did not devote time to our dog. The dog refused to go with her, they offered to go by themselves, but she said that we were unlikely to cope. She herself was just terrible: the dog struggled so hard that it even fell! And for such an abominably done job, she took money. The mood is spoiled, I do not recommend it!

Отличный магазин. Приветливый и знающий персонал. Помогли с подбором вет-средств для кошки. Очень большой ассортимент всего! Есть довольно быстрая доставка по городу, за адекватную сумму! Очень доволен!

Хороший магазин в плане ассортимента, цены на некоторые товары неоправданно высокие (лежанки для собак). Много вкусняшек и лакомств для питомцев. Лекарственными средствами не интересовался, надеюсь они там есть. Для провинциального города, где исторически не любят собак, магазин хороший. Будем туда ходить , покупать лакомства и морских свинок для охоты.

Самый лучший зоомагазин который я встречала в Узбекистане! Там можно найти практически все. Пожелание для хозяев магазина, заведите побольше продукции для хомяков сирийских домики, керамические домики и т.п

Обманывают на доставке. Заказал наполнитель в доставке 10 литров. Мне привезли 5 литров и сказали, что "все нормально, мы вас обманули". В интернет-магазине стоит товар 10литров, а приводят 5. Уверен, там эта фотка так и останется. И всех остальных покупателей обуют точно так же.

Такого выбора всякой всячины по крайней мере для кошек, я не видел никогда нигде. Хамоватый не клиентоориентированный кассир там сидит, которому следовало бы получить пару уроков этикета, но во всём остальном - отличный магазин, где тебе посоветуют, помогут. Кассира выгоняйте. Всем добра

Заказал доставку, жду уже 7 часов. Отвечают скоро будет, ждите час два и тд. Пустышки , которые не отвечают за слова Привезли после 8 часов с корм весь горячий, 8 часов тащили по городу в такую жару. Абсолютное отсутствие профессионализма.
