Mistreatment of pets.
The doctor himself did not introduce himself, it was generally unclear who he was, what his specialty was. Then I realized it was Novak.
During the inspection, the puppy was against it and wanted to bite, Novak SHOUTED LOUDLY AT HIM! I didn't even immediately understand what had happened, I couldn't believe that this was what I was thinking.
And then they went to take blood. And for some completely unknown obscurantistic reason, I was not allowed to go with him! I gave a tasty gnawer to the doctor so that he would give it to him during the blood collection (this can and should be done!!), but he eventually brought it back when he took him out, and gave it already in the corridor (?!). Needless to say, the puppy did not have a strong enthusiasm for gnawing at that moment?
I don't know if the paw hurt after taking blood or just because of the fact of manipulation, but he tucked his paw and didn't want to sit down for a while.
They took blood for a long time, and this is a risk of chylosis.
The doctor takes puppies 10 + kg under the front paws and does not hold them under the ass. I moved the sedated puppy under my armpit when I went into the X-ray room.
By the way, for some reason they took the puppy out into the corridor on the cold floor to fall asleep, and he began to take her away, lifting her sleeping by the harness.
You can also say that he dissuaded her from an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, arguing that everything will pass by itself, just don't let her eat what she can't (she can eat panties, socks, cardboard and so on, besides sticks, earth). Maybe so, but maybe not?? The ultrasound was done, I insisted, but now I have no idea how reliable it is (they said that everything is normal there), because they didn't even give us an ultrasound protocol (is this the norm in Serbia?).
The X-ray and ultrasound itself are also sitting and waiting in the hallway.
In addition, I asked her to trim her claws, since she is in sedation, it is super convenient to make everything beautiful!! I expected a cool, correct treatment, but in the end they just cut off the tips, they didn't even file them. The other sides of the claws were not touched at all 🤦🏻♀️ 1000 dinars for the severed tips of a sleeping dog!
This is the most terrible experience in a veterinary clinic in my life, and I've had it for more than a decade!
