Dear lovers of your pets, if you love your animals, then this clinic is not for you, avoid it. Here, money will be culturally and carefully extracted from you, allegedly for treatment that will not be properly provided.
Because they will not diagnose you, but only begin to treat you beautifully in their own way and for each appointment they will increase the amount of payment for treatment, which will not be done properly, but will only help destroy your pet. And referring to the fact that ... there are fatal outcomes, as if insuring myself with this nondescript word, I tell you personally and honestly having experienced these lying doctors in my misfortune. At first I thought I wouldn't write, but still my love and a clear conscience for my pet made me do it to reveal these "doctors". And it turned out, after reading the reviews about them here, I'm not the only one.🔥🔥🔥

I read a lot of bad reviews and decided to write. We applied in the summer of 2024 with suspected pyroplasmosis. The receptionist was adamant when I begged on the phone to take the dog without an appointment, because with pyroplasmosis, every minute is precious. It was recorded the next day. And I would not say that the clinic was overcrowded, we were alone there at the allotted time. I am sure that in parallel (while they were doing the IV) it would be very possible to serve another animal by ambulance, at least to take tests, there were enough staff. By the way, many clinics in Minsk are accommodating in difficult cases, and the work of doctors there is usually more intense. I really liked everything else, especially the attitude and professionalism of the doctors and their assistants. A big plus is that the tests are done quickly, and the blood test for pyroplasmosis was ready in a couple of minutes. There is also an ultrasound machine, the only one in Slonim at that time, but I probably don't know about others, and it looks like an X-ray machine. There are all conditions for an ambulance. The girls went to meet me and left the dog at the clinic while I went to pharmacies, because we are not from Slonim. We had a difficult case, and we even had to talk to the doctor on the phone later, without any problems either. I have a good impression of the clinic, but I would like to be able to quickly get help in emergency cases.

Overall, I liked it. The staff is polite, competent, and does their job quickly and accurately. The treatment is not very expensive. The diagnosis was made immediately, treatment was prescribed, and medicines were also sold there. The location is not very convenient, but you can get there.

I vaccinated my cat, and I really liked everything - the speed, politeness, and cleanliness in the clinic. The doctors were able to find an approach to the not very contact cat, he didn't even hiss as usual.) I recommend it!

A rude, ignorant woman administrator spoils the whole impression of the clinic. I have never written negative reviews, I am sympathetic, everyone has bad days, but here, no matter what visit, there is a spoiled mood and, to put it mildly, a disgusting aftertaste from communicating with this employee. A polite "hello, come in" would be enough, it is not necessary to make comments, snide remarks and enter not into your zone of responsibility.
Interestingly, such reviews are quite frequent, but conclusions, unfortunately, have not been drawn.

The service is so-so! The administrator spoils all ideas about the clinic! I arrived with a cat (emergency) at 17:30, to which I was answered: "There is no doctor and a doctor's assistant, contact us tomorrow" (although the clinic is open until 20:00!) The question is brewing why such working hours if they can't provide help! We went to the state clinic on Shosseynaya Street, in 3 minutes. We provided assistance before closing!

We came to sterilize the cat, but it turns out we were not even entered into the computer, although we called and recorded in advance. The girl at the reception was disrespectful. She was talking in raised tones. I couldn't explain why we weren't signed up. It turns out that just anyone can sit at the computer. Not in any order!

Many thanks to the girls for the qualified help. My Jagdterrier was literally torn apart by dogs. In the Vet-Life, they sewed him up, prescribed medications and told him what else to do for care. He has now fully recovered. Thank you so much again!!!

Pay money for uncertain diagnoses and assumptions in the style of "maybe". It's not worth dealing with something serious.
To clarify: the review is not written on emotions.
Twice, two different dogs were given incorrect and very serious diagnoses.
At the conclusion of the ultrasound, the text with spelling errors, the spleen is on the right, although in fact it is on the left.
This vet clinic used to be better. But on weekends, you don't have to choose.
Everything can be fixed, but apparently the owner adheres to the opinion and so it will go.

It's a pity you can't put 0 stars!
The service is disgusting, it just doesn't exist.
I called several times to find out about biochemistry, so not only was the girl very hard to hear, I had to turn on the speakerphone and bring it to my ear, so then it turned out that I had to somehow miraculously find out about the preliminary recording for severe cases.
She wrote to the Instagram account to clarify the blood collection and in response to me, "there will be a fence, but the results are on Monday, we have already scored on Friday"
I was shocked, I called on February 1, they told me "on Thursday, the 9th, blood sampling, Friday the results".
We hoped and counted, we held our fists so that our baby would live to see this 9th.
Today, when I heard about the pre-registration and the fact that even if we donate blood on Thursday, the results will be on Monday, I was furious!!
The staff did not try to smooth out the conflict somehow
But he just waved it off and said "it's urgent, contact Baranovichi or Volkovysk there are results day in and day out"
To my question, how do they think an animal in a serious condition will endure the stressor of the trip, I did not receive any answer…
Do people really deserve such an attitude in paid clinics where you are ready to come to leave your money (please note that it is not small even if compared with metropolitan clinics).
Guess for yourself whether we have a pre-registration or not, how and what and the like.
I don't see any interest in helping animals, in providing any services! Not professional behavior!
I hope the girl who answers the phone gave my phone number to the director. I'm really looking forward to his call. I can't leave it like that. It's already a matter of principle.
