Brought my dog here about a week ago after false treatment in another clinic, that caused severe gastritis deterioration. The dog was in a rather poor condition: blood vomiting, refused to eat, was really weak. The doctor here was extremely attentive to details and eventually made a correct diagnose, gave proper treatment and the dog recovered (almost) within hours. I really appreciate, that the clinic did not refuse to "re-cure" after someone else's mistake a was able to give a proper help. Could not thank them more!

We came on the recommendation of friends and acquaintances. I don't see any disadvantages at all. The staff is amazing. People who really love animals work here. All the wards are remembered and known by their first names. They are always interested in how the well-being of the wards is. There is equipment for analyses and procedures. There is a place for temporary animal husbandry. In short, everything is great!

I brought a stray kitten for a consultation, dental problems. The doctor explained in sooooo detail and clearly that he can get sick with a lot of things, but we will still treat the same way. No divorces for unnecessary procedures. It felt like this doctor was a good friend of mine. It is completely trustworthy and now we will only apply here. In my opinion, the most appropriate approach to treatment. We visited 4 clinics in Yerevan with the best reviews, this clinic ranks 1st in my personal rating. Many thanks to the doctors for the human attitude.

a wonderful clinic. We chose according to the principle of what is closer, in the end 10/10 . Professional empathic doctors helped our foundling. Dr. Razmik and his team operate on even small kittens, we think hardly anyone else would have dared. All the high marks of this clinic are absolutely justified, we sincerely recommend this place for your pets.

Doctors are wonderful, very humane, adequate, polite, positive, very sympathetic and professional, compromise, thoroughly explain the situation with the animal, answer even stupid questions without negativity. There is no unpleasant smell in the clinic and it is very cozy, you are alone with an animal at the reception, there is no such thing as in other places where several animals are taken at the same time in one room. There is also no crowd of people in the waiting area. And very clean there! Thank you so much for helping with the Old Man, I really appreciated it, my husband especially.

Very good doctors. Before them, I was at the clinic on Amiryan, where a dog with bleeding from the penis was prescribed vitamins. After that, I received a recommendation from good breeders to go to the Vet Family clinic, they conducted a proper examination, made a diagnosis, and prescribed the right treatment.
Doctors are very sensitive to patients. While one doctor was doing an ultrasound scan on the dog, another stroked him and persuaded him not to be nervous. I definitely recommend this clinic.

The clinic is perfectly clean, everything is sterile.
There are various goods and medicines for sale.
The attitude towards the client is at the highest level. We were treated like family, and the same attitude was towards the pet. Doctors are professionals in their field. I noticed a lot of certificates and thank-you letters.

It so happened that it is very difficult for me to pass by a stray dog who needs help. I pick them up and try to cure them, find a home.
In this clinic, only I have been helped to save 4 lives already.
All doctors are one family. Good, understanding people. They always accept me, help me and make a discount for those poor animals who need help, but they do not have a loving family.
There are X-rays and all that in the clinic, they also do operations.
I thank the doctors and advise the clinic from the bottom of my heart.

The cat has never been so calm at a vet's appointment. The doctor was able to position the animal so that when feeling the lower abdomen, X-ray and blood collection, there was no hysteria. The cat trusted him. Everyone is very friendly, the clinic is clean and tidy

They brought the cat for inspection, and their dog is barking very loudly. They explained that the cat was scared and afraid, and asked the dog to stop barking, to which we were told that they could not do anything about it. The staff is rude and not professional. Absolutely boorish attitude towards customers. Wasted time and nerves. Avoid this place.
