Naturally, this is done under anesthesia and you need to take a general blood test and biochemistry. We came to donate blood, met a very nice dentist girl, consulted about teeth. The beginning was a pleasant experience.
Then HE came, apparently a doctor who also carries out blood sampling.
An elderly man, with a dissatisfied face and a claim from the threshold, even said "hello" as if "Don't you see, I WENT into the office" 🤔
The dentist and I looked at each other and squinted at him, as if we both thought, "what is he doing?"
Without gloves and in casual clothes, he sat down on a chair, with the same displeased face and again made a passive-aggressive lunge, "they say, put away the phone, take care of the dog."
Holy shit! You can be more polite, this is a private clinic.
Of course, the remark is correct, but keep the intonation to yourself and your friends. You communicate with strangers. And actually, we've been waiting for you when you're free. Although we arrived by appointment and on time.
And here you are at the start before taking blood, you can't wait until I put the phone on!

Since the doctor was taking blood, SITTING and for some reason waiting for the dog with his paw, I and all his medical staff would adjust to his poor fixation of the paw, two paws were pierced, we all splattered with blood, the dog tore out the catheter (well, this is clearly my joint) I couldn't hold my muzzle. In general, everything went so ridiculously. In Moscow, we take an analysis with the same dog in three seconds, here ... my God, it seems we will not remove teeth here. If everything is so bad at blood sampling.....

I was so relaxed. Usually nurses do such things in a second and the dog doesn't even feel it. And then she whined for a long time, struggled harder than usual, two Veins were pierced on two paws, everything was covered in blood, the dog was nervous (+ 1phobia to go to vet clinics) and to this all two bald paws. AT THE PUUUDEL! Two bald paws since they shaved well, 6 centimeters, a strip 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
And as always, when an expert is inexperienced in something, it begins. The vein is thin, the weather is bad, you hold it badly, let's hold another one. And back and forth.
In fact, to begin with, you had to get up from your chair and adjust to the dog and the situation, and not wait for the whole world to adjust to you
And most importantly, the mood with which the medical worker is suitable, the dog immediately feels it…

The doctor is golden, but he is alone, he conducts an examination, he also saves and cleans up after the animals, there is only a nice girl at the reception to help. If there is something urgent, you need to call in advance and make an appointment, otherwise you will have to wait. To clarify, the doctor who saw us was a man of about 30 years old.

The worst vet clinic in our experience!!!! We have come to receive a certificate for traveling abroad. We first asked the cost, since we did not know the local prices (in Moscow they did it for 1,500 rubles), they all counted for a long time and offered to conduct an inspection first. How the examination went: an elderly doctor (without gloves, without everything, in street clothes), looked at the teeth, ears, and as soon as we left, they announced the cost to us - 30,000 AMD (7,000₽) + an examination that went into the price!!!! I'm sorry, but a big question for the professionalism of doctors, service and pricing, which is more like a DIVORCE!!!!!! (By the way, when we asked to show the price list where this amount is, they said that it was not there))))) but they have such a fixed cost))) Funny guys
If it were possible to put -5 stars - it 's about them . As a result, the certificate was made free of charge at the vet control at the airport
