They brought the dog to have his claws cut, cut off half of his claws until they bled, and when asked if it was normal for blood to flow, they replied that yes, it was OK. And this is not normal at all! The poor dog was screaming all over the clinic. Then the doctor (a man, I don't know his name) generally said that, in general, it was possible not to trim the claws when they were so short. Then the question generally arises: if the doctor sees that the claws are short, why does he cut more than he should, hitting blood vessels and causing pain to the dog?! To say that I am shocked by this "professionalism" is an understatement. Then they also decided to cauterize the claws, which also added pleasant sensations to the dog.
We will never come to this clinic again. Fall for the reviews. "Thank you" to this clinic and the doctor for the negative experience for the dog!

Sincere thanks to the entire staff of this clinic for saving my Matilda's life.
At the end of June 2023, the cat fell from the second floor and received the most difficult fracture of the front paw by the Montage pearl. The cat had to be operated on and to assemble the paw piece by piece with the help of the Ilizarov apparatus. We were operated by the chief doctor of the clinic, Mihran Lazyan. After the fall, liver problems also began, which required hospitalization for 5 days, but she was discharged earlier because she was very quickly on the mend thanks to the right treatment. At home, we continued treatment and followed a diet.
After 3 months (bone recovery was very slow, still the age of 9.5 years) they removed the device for her and she happily lives as an ordinary full-fledged cat.

I used the service of the hotel for cats. The cost is high (4000 AMD per day), the food is good, but there is not enough information about the pet. According to the past experience of other hotels, they constantly make a photo report, there is contact with a responsible employee. There is no such thing here, the questions "how is my pet" can simply be ignored. I will not use the service a second time, I will not advise my friends.
