I bought my apartment (residential complex Landmark Mogilev) through the VSP-real estate agency. I can't say anything bad at all: employees are like a small child being led by the hand. There is a clear consultation and action plan at each stage. It's clear that it wasn't free, but if you compare how I bought my first apartment, it was a hassle, because we were trying to save money. The second time I bought, I decided to take a chance and buy through an agency and I realized that the money saved was not worth the nerves spent and mistakes made. This is my opinion, I do not impose it on anyone. It's just that when I read the negative reviews about the VSP agency, it was on the one hand it was a rush to get in touch, but when I got in touch, I realized once again that people are different and people's situations are different: some can make a big deal out of a molehill. And working with people is one of the most difficult.
