The best boarding house in Belarus with the most incomplete marketing and sales. I learned everything I needed from visitors and guests, but not from the staff. There is a huge difference between the doctor and the doctor, some are directed with care and attention, others to fuck off. What pleases me is that the change of diet over the year is much better, there is more choice of vegetables and healthy dishes. The girls at the reception, the administrators are handsome, they help with everything. But the animation is off the hook, no declared board games, no entertainment, no touts, no shit, and so on year after year. And when will they make at least some simple application for the schedule? Everything changes, then plans, then new procedures, you go around with papers endlessly. And you can't sign up for a massage therapist. And who does massage for 15 minutes? Elementary, we would make a general chat of visitors, in the same whatsapp, and if a window is vacated by a specialist, one person wrote immediately in the chat, the second ran for his time and so on. And iam de animation could work on video games. In general, I hope the management will take a closer look at the growth points.

Sooo expensive, but the price is not quite justified. There are no slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room for 6 thousand rubles per night, the table is wobbly, the mug (!) is wobbly, it blows through the windows. There was a disco in the cafe until 3 a.m., the audibility is excellent. To the credit of the attendant, we were moved to the other side of the building to ensure silence.
On the plus side: the room is very clean, including a blanket, the linen is crisp. Three-course meals, cheap sausage, uncooked beans, it's cold in the cafe.

I managed to visit this institution.
The location is generally not bad, quite close to Minsk + the territory itself is well equipped.
Service - communication with clients is something, I understand that working with people is not always a pleasant thing, but I would like to see, albeit imaginary, but respect for the client and a slightly simpler look.
Rooms - the layout is not bad, but the lack of a refrigerator in a double room is ridiculous.
Separately, I would like to go through the cleaning of the rooms. Vacuumed "to the dump", the dust is wiped off by a draft, if not by otherworldly forces. Mattress pads are generally something with something, got some holes.
Hangers, it feels like they were collected and brought by anyone who can. There are only 3 of them and then 1 is broken.
The work of the bar is cooking, just like everywhere else, but the cooking process is very long

We are currently vacationing in the center of West, staying in a hotel.
A modern hotel, comfortable rooms, I need to work remotely, so the Internet is important., free Parking. Room 305 is large, ergonomically thought out, allows you to freely install a laptop and printer. WI-Fi works.
The room is warm, there is a temperature controller. The bathroom has towels, soap, gel and shampoo. Slippers and a bathrobe. Cleaning is done daily, all the staff welcomes you, is customer-oriented, ready to answer any question.
The food in the sanatorium is a very sincere buffet with Belarusian dishes -every day there is a festive table three times a day.

The place is good, the rooms are already tired and a little worn out, the restrooms look especially gloomy. The food is generally good. Best of all, everyone likes the aqua zone in the sanatorium and the slide with cheesecakes in winter.
The territory is clean and tidy, there is a separate bar with a dance floor and karaoke, of course it's creepy at night - the local Dzerzhinsk bratva comes to hang out.
In general, such a place is clean, but the owners should think about the renovation of the hotel fund.

We have been here many times in the spa complex. An excellent deep pool with long paths of 50 m, you can safely train by mileage. There are not many people, the paths are free. A warm hammam and sauna are nearby. The outdoor pool is refreshing. In general, the place is super for after-work sports recreation. The disadvantages are small locker rooms and bracelets do not always work.

We celebrated the anniversary of the company for 10 years.
Everything was fine - the organization, the work with the administration, the work of the kitchen and the food itself were quite on the level. A spa in the hotel was also rented - a dry sauna, a hammam, a swimming pool. And bowling. Bowling is without pretensions, the pool is cold, the baths are boring, but generally satisfactory.
The only trouble was that it was terribly cold in the rooms. With the temperature outside just below minus 10, it was like a purposeful cold torture, with slightly warm batteries and an orphan electric heater that pounded day and night, but for three days the room did not warm up. The room itself, although a business, is also a 4-minus - boring, uninteresting.
In general, with all the advantages, we will not come here anymore.
Although it's probably really nice here in the summer.
There was also a subscription to the Vesta sanatorium spa across the highway. But they were so frozen that they wanted to leave faster, not before the spa.
The gala dinner was held in a restaurant near the mountain - it's fine, although it's not very cozy either, and it's a long way from the hotel in the cold.
Breakfasts were organized at the grill cafe, next to the hotel.
The main hall of the cafe is very uncomfortable, and the breakfasts are rubbish, custom-made, not a buffet. Identical and tasteless.
On the second day, the banquet was at the grill cafe in the basement, in the karaoke room.
It wasn't bad.
If it weren't for dubak and some discomfort, then you can put 5 for organizing banquets.
And so 4, but solid.
For breakfast 3, for bowling 5, for a pool with baths 4, 4c minus.
2 for the hotel because of the terrible cold, as well as 4 for the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and the level of interiors and furniture.
Overall, we had a lot of fun, but this is not entirely due to the West complex.

We got there on an excursion bus. What can you say about the territory, it is spacious, everything is green all around, there is a fountain in front of the cafe. You can order spa treatments, but we went bowling together. Then you can rent bicycles, there is a football field, when the MV rested on it, a youth match took place. Paid fishing is possible, we did not find out the details. Spacious Parking for cars. So you can hang out with a cheerful company for a day or two, there will be something to do and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. The only thing that can still strain the noise of passing vehicles on the highway.

I do not recommend coming to this hotel in winter. The rooms are VERY COLD, despite the fact that the batteries were turned on at maximum, as well as the climate, it was just noisy all night, the temperature in the room did not get higher. It feels like it's 17 degrees in the room, it's very difficult to be in such conditions. I washed my hair in the evening, by morning they were still wet, although they usually dry out in a couple of hours at most. There is no hot water, there is only warm water. The reception said that this is some kind of summer regime and it will not be hot, what kind of summer regime in January is unclear. One of the advantages is a good view from the room, friendly staff. It's a beautiful area, it's probably good here in summer, but I won't know that anymore, next time I'll definitely choose another hotel)))

This is a complex with a sanatorium, which is located on the other side of the road, there is an underground passage. Our price included breakfast and an hour of access to the Spa pool, sauna, etc.
The food in the restaurant is delicious.
