If you want to travel back to the Soviet Union and without air conditioning, then you are here 🤗
But not everything is so sad, the room has a towel, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo in a single volume. There is a water cooler on the floor. The food in the cafe on the 1st floor is not good, you will stay hungry, although you will starve your inner "worm".
Neat, clean rooms, friendly staff, questions are solved by phone, the only thing is to ask for a more modern renovation. Overall, the impression is positive.
The hotel is not bad, there is an elevator. Room with amenities, no split. There are disadvantages, I suffered with the lock, no one said that when closing, you need to slam the door and press the place where the key is inserted. Well, that's how it is. The key is bent a little, it's obvious that I wasn't the first to try to close the door with a key. It seems to be a quiet area, but we didn't get enough sleep, we had fun in the neighboring rooms half the night. The advantages are that they quickly settled in, explained where the store is, well, and the administrator is a very nice girl.
The hotel is conveniently located. The room has everything you need to relax. There is a bit of a Soviet touch, but this does not spoil the impression of the hotel in any way. The breakfasts are good - a buffet. You can eat in the hotel cafe on the menu at any time - we really liked the cuisine!
We lived in a suite on the 5th floor. The room was very cool, the batteries were slightly warm. The water pressure in the taps is very weak, it's a problem to wash properly. The restaurant (or cafe) at the hotel is small, sometimes there just aren't enough tables for those who want to have breakfast. Three-course breakfasts. The advantages of polite staff, convenient location of the hotel (in the center).
A nice and quite cozy hotel, I liked it, especially the price-quality ratio. Very cozy and pleasant minimalism, the staff is very pleasant and cultured. In short, I advise you to settle down, especially if you have a good company!!!
The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are clean. There is hot and cold water. Soap accessories are available, except for slippers. One disadvantage is that the room is very cool.
Super hotel in the Center of Brest
Nearby is the most visited coffee shop in the city (Brazilian like)
There is a Vegan restaurant nearby (The barn is called, I don't remember exactly, but next to the coffee shop)
I lived in a suite, just a fire for my money
Interior of the USSR, of course))) to whom minus to whom retro)))))))
Wonderful hotel and staff, adequate prices for accommodation and cafes inside the hotel. Silence on the floor and comfort. Thank you. We came from Russia on an excursion to the fortress and this is the only place where there were rooms with a normal price.
A wonderful hotel, very cozy, a good price tag, affordable, the rooms are very cozy, and the opportunity to accommodate a diverse company is wonderful, polite and smiling staff, immediately becomes at home calm, always prompt if you have questions, helped travelers tired of the road quickly settle down, convenient location, we will be visiting you immediately
Good location, friendly staff at the reception. An easy immersion into the Soviet Union in the interior of the halls, rooms, elevators and furniture in the room. We were in a Suite (room 501) - two rooms, a lot of space, two bathrooms - very convenient. It is NOT very convenient - there is one outlet near the bed, on the one hand, in the other room near the sofa there are no outlets at all. The refrigerator and router were powered from a single triple outlet - when trying to connect the charger, the plugs were knocked out. The phone also stopped working - it went down to the reception and the problem was solved very quickly, literally in a couple of minutes. The folding sofa is not comfortable, it is sunk to the center. The bed is good.
There are problems with furniture in general: a leg fell off the table (it just needs to be glued!), I took up a chair in the cafe in the morning - the upper part has already fallen off. In general, you should be careful.
Breakfast: in our case there was a buffet. VERY modestly, there was almost no choice. But: for the first time in several days (different hotels, cafes - as part of the excursion program), rice was offered as a side dish, not potatoes, which pleased me. Instant coffee only. And very tasty pastries.
Conclusion: if you do not rest on these little things and / or stay for one or two nights, it is quite an acceptable option. I would not recommend it for a longer period.
Important: my personal opinion, I do not impose it on anyone.
Good luck to everyone)
The hotel is not bad. The girls at the reception are very polite and attentive. The cafe is great. We had breakfast and lunch very tasty. Cons there is mold in the bathroom. There were two beds in the room, one was very sagging and it was not comfortable to sleep.
The hotel is unpretentious, nostalgically slightly reminiscent of Soviet times with its layout and architecture.. the average rooms have average quality for 85 rubles per day, there are no air conditioners, but there are small table fans, which helped a lot in the abnormal heat of July 2024... Specifically, in my room, the plaster on the ceiling cracked and sagged like a bubble, but did not fall.. There were no other problems in the room
The room is clean, but there were no deliveries, which were fixed after my request. There is no complaint against the staff. The elevator is so old that there is simply no desire to use it. The elevator doors close so quickly that the second person with a suitcase simply does not have time to enter and
It was 2 nights. There are very attentive and charming staff at the reception.
The location is very convenient, in the very center. Everything is very clean and tidy. The food for breakfast is a buffet, if without any special complaints it is quite good. Sausage, cheese, pancakes, pastries are very tasty. The only negative for me is the weak pressure in the shower and the hot water does not go immediately, you have to wait a minute or two. But this is, in general, a trifle, otherwise I liked everything.
A well-located hotel with a good history and competent staff. But it has not been repaired for a long time, it is dilapidated. The price of accommodation is very reasonable, there is a 24-hour bar!!! There is a restaurant. I recommend.
The room is clean, but everything is already very old, requires repair and replacement of furniture. The breakfasts are very modest, the reception staff is friendly
Our family really liked the hotel! A large, comfortable room that had everything you needed: cosmetics, kettle, dishes, safe, refrigerator. The mattress was comfortable for me, the towels and linen were white, the plumbing was clean. The breakfasts are modest, but you will not stay hungry (scrambled eggs, porridge, sliced cheese and sausage, vegetables, rice, cutlets, muesli, pastries). Separately, I would like to mention the girls at the reception - friendly, smiling, attentive. When I arrive in Brest, I will stay in Vesta again.
A rather old hotel, with a smell of "history" in the rooms. Literally everything needs to be repaired or replaced, such as elevators. Plus, it is located near the historical center.
The hotel is from the distant past, although everything is in the room (there is a full bathroom!) I didn't like the breakfast at all (the buffet is empty) Good staff.
A good-quality hotel of the Soviet era. There is even a cooler on two floors! 😁
Convenient location. To eat nearby. Excursions nearby. It is ideal to spend one or two days in Brest. And it's not expensive and it's not a hostel.
Nice hotel. It is located in the historical part of the city. You can walk to the Brest fortress. The service is very attentive and friendly. Rooms without gloss. There is a worn-out tunic somewhere, but these are small things. The mattress is comfortable.
We will be in Brest, we will stop there.)
The only good thing here is the location. Stayed for 1 night with a child in a double room. There is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, a layer of dust on the shelves. The promised orthopedic mattresses turned out to be so good that by morning my back was falling apart. The conditions do not correspond to the price at all.
A very nice, well-maintained and clean hotel, despite the largely post-Soviet interiors. It can be seen that repairs have been made, everything is maintained in good condition. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a buffet, however, the choice is not so extensive. The location is very convenient, in the center. Brest Fortress is within walking distance, and the railway station is also nearby. I recommend.
Three stars only because of the staff, everything is great here, reception, security, well done.
But the rooms are "battered."
The main disadvantage is cleaning and cleanliness. The breakfasts are very good, for the money.
The room we got in the West was large, consisted of a living room, a bedroom and a small kitchen combined with an entrance hall. The bathroom is spacious, the room had a microwave, a kettle, which is very convenient for travelers.
The furniture is too old, it gives off the 90s, which spoils the overall impression.
Very convenient location of the hotel, almost in the center.
In general, we were satisfied.
The suite is on the fifth floor. I liked the presence of a second separate toilet in addition to the bathroom with toilet. The bedroom and living room are well equipped, although the furniture is not the most modern. There would be no complaints about cleanliness. The breakfast is quite varied, but I was surprised by the lack of cottage cheese. The room itself is small, so if several people come at once, it becomes tight.
A former Soviet hotel, not chic, but clean and affordable enough. Not far from the Brest fortress and the railway museum. Park for walking. A calm, quiet area for those who appreciate tranquility. There is parking. The food is delicious, buffet style.
It's quite budget-friendly.
If you're looking for chic, you're not here.
A good hotel with a convenient location, but there is one significant drawback - most rooms do not have air conditioning, which was critical in the June heat this year.
The hotel is excellent, located in the city center, within walking distance of the Brest Fortress. Polite, friendly staff, the room is cozy. We recommend it!!!
Of the advantages: inexpensive, in the center, you can have breakfast for a fee, there is a cafe downstairs, there is a cooler on the floor. I was especially impressed by the presence of a table lamp, because I like to work in the evenings, and in hotels, as a rule, there are problems with lighting. And I also liked the shaving mirror in the bathroom, a useful thing to apply makeup)
Among the disadvantages: the interior in the style of "back to the USSR": parquet, carpets, tired wooden furniture, old doors, tiles. Well, maybe someone will be pleased to be nostalgic! In my opinion, breakfast could have been better (in the Youth Room for the same 15 rubles, I liked the choice and quality of dishes more). Slow Internet connection (but this is the case everywhere where it is free)
, by the way, the mattress was new, which pleased me!
In general, it loses in comparison with the Youth one, although the cost is almost identical (the difference is 1 rub)
We rested in the hotel suite "A". The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is friendly and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not far from the train station and yes all the sights of the city. You can write a lot) In general, I recommend it to everyone who goes.
The hotel, of course, is tired, the standard rooms are the fear of God, but the suite was nothing, even the bathtub is present. Opposite is the private sector, in which the locals sang until the evening under the column, they can also sit in the lobby to drink, since there is a bar, although everything was decent with us. The bed is also not very good, the mattress is hard, the sheet is patched ... in Brest, in principle, you need to make a big discount on your ratings, because there will be no premium hotels in principle. So - for Brest, a luxury room is of medium tolerance. Take the standard only if there is a hurricane raging outside and you have nowhere to spend the night.
Great hotel, I recommend it. A comfortable high chair in the bathroom, they gave an extra pillow as asked, the refrigerator is really buzzing, you need to turn it off at night and if you are settled on the south side, it will be hot.
Everyone is settled next to each other. There is an empty hotel, so instead of creating conditions for people to sleep, everyone sleeps nearby. Well, in the end: the guys returned at night, while they came, while the door was opened, while they washed, while they laughed until 4, so it's time to get up.
The audibility is as if the roommate is sleeping in the same room with you. I'm silent about the sound of water in the bathroom, because again, the neighbor is washing, but you can hear.
The beds are pushed so tightly against the wall that eventually someone in the next room turned over and you woke up.
This is the worst hotel I've ever been to, although I'm often on business trips.
Breakfast is not bad. In the bar, tea is 2.86 rubles. on the menu, they punch 3.0 rubles. I still did not understand what the joke was when calculating with a card.
Clean, friendly staff. It's just a pity that there are no coffee machines and a very poor buffet in the cafe. However, the dishes that are presented are quite tasty.
