I would like to share my experience to warn others. Dear girls, be careful and do not order goods from this store. I hurried and placed an order for three dresses, after which I transferred the money. For a long time I asked them to send photos of the product, but they did not respond and only dragged their feet. As a result, I received only one dress out of the three I ordered, the one they decided to send, and the rest were placed at will. It was very mean! I had to look for other dresses at the last moment before the event. I paid 2000 rubles for the delivery + 9800 rubles for the dress. At first, they promised to refund the money for the unwanted dresses, but asked to pay for the delivery back. Eventually, they stopped contacting each other. Be vigilant and beware of such situations!

Good time of day. I came to this boutique one day, tried on my favorite things and bought them. I want to say that the fitting rooms are very small, narrow and dark. There is no rug and ottoman, as well as mirrors. In order to examine myself, I had to go out and look in one common mirror. The amount that I gave for the thing was not small, I will say right away. Honestly, for a long time I did not touch the purchase because of my busy schedule, but after a couple of days I opened it and tried it on, and already under a better light, not like in the fitting room of this boutique, I saw a lot of sticking threads and traces of other customers… On the same day, I wrote, I was ignored and humiliated by the consultants for a long time, saying, "did you not see this when trying it on? We have no refund and no exchange, it says in the insta."By the way, I don't have an Instagram, and I went to this place only out of interest. I managed to find the number of the hostess through the administration, and she is quite a step. As I understand it, she has no conscience. In the absence of a receipt, she screamed into the phone that this was not her problem and in general, I was interfering with her work. Then, I'll go into detail!For the sixth time! I described the situation to her, and added that being in the same country, we have the same rights and obligations. My requests to print the check were not heeded. She sent me some screenshots, but I didn't learn much from them. As a result, 7k is wasted.

GIRLS RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!! Good day! I ordered a dress via insta. They sent the wrong color, immediately upon receipt to the Sdec, I checked and unsubscribed them. We decided that I was sending them back. The dress has long since arrived at the pick-up point , they do not take it away , referring to the fact that they have someone on vacation there ( and allegedly do not give out the goods to others ) I am writing to them, return the money to the card, they do not return everything! They lose their dancing customers themselves! With this approach, their business will not last long, they are dishonest. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I'm in the last month of pregnancy , because of their mistake I had to go shopping quickly (and it's very hard to find something on a big belly ) When I got the wrong color, I stood and cried, the Sdek staff calmed me down!!! I cried all evening , it was so insulting , because I had a serious event . I couldn't just get up on my important day because I had to go shopping all day! My bitter tears will come back to you! Don't forget about the boomerang! I am attaching the scans of the correspondence!
