We were vacationing with my husband at the Vesna hotel. The reviews are only good. We lived on the 19th floor, a deluxe room with a magnificent view of the sea. the room has everything: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, floor scales, electric kettle. Bottled water was bought for drinking. Small bottles of water, tea bags, coffee, and sugar were also provided in the room. Shampoos, gels, pastes, soaps, brushes, napkins, etc. small things (needles, threads, hats) were all added. Room cleaning and change of bed linen, towels, bathrobes - daily. The hotel staff is polite and, if necessary, found an employee who knew Russian (we had business cards of the hotel). The reception took towels to the beach, free of charge. The hotel's restaurant has a large selection of dishes for breakfast, there is everything (for both sweet tooth and meat eaters, for kids, for vegetarians). There were a lot of fruits to choose from. The menu was chosen for dinner. The owner of the hotel was personally interested in: how we rest, how we eat, how we serve. We received invitation tickets to the Nha Trang National Theatre. A colorful, vivid and unforgettable impression of the life of Vietnam. I recommend the Vesna hotel, everything is created for vacationers. A beach and relaxing holiday . Almost everyone does not speak Russian, they speak English, but if you do not know, then there is an opportunity either through a translator on the phone and, as a last resort, they have 1 Russian speaker. Hello everybody! From December 24 to January 04, 2020, we vacationed with my husband at this hotel. Nice hotel. We lived on the 26th floor of room 2605. Partially sea view. Nicely. The room is cozy. The only disadvantage is in the wardrobes - there are no shelves. The hanger is only 3 pcs. It's not very convenient. Breakfasts for all tastes. The assortment is good. The rooms are cleaned every day. You can find fault with the quality of cleaning, but you don't want to, because the rest was great. The weather did not disappoint. There are no Russian-speaking staff. But the staff has a desire to help, and Google translator to help everyone😁 New Year's Eve was like a blue light of the 80s, but the owners tried very hard and the hotel is new. There is no experience of holding such events. In general, the rest was excellent and the hotel is fully suitable for this.

There are sofas and tables outside, you can sit. The location is certainly not in the center, but you can get everywhere quickly enough. The rooms are good, new, there is a plasma with a Russian channel.
Now to the cons. It's a balcony. More precisely, its absence. We overpaid around 7000 so that we could sit on the balcony in the evening and admire the sea view, for which we also paid separately. But our balcony was very small, you can only stand on it. This is a big disadvantage for us, if we knew about it, we would not buy. There is no point in overpaying, it is better to take a room just with a sea view.
And the biggest minus, which just crossed out my opinion about the hotel. On day 2, I saw a cockroach in the toilet, and when I told the guide about it, she said that it was Asia and there was nothing to be surprised about. This is not normal for me, especially since the hotel is new and 4 stars. I have been to Hainan 2 times and there was no such thing there. Then I saw cockroaches 2 more times in 10 days. It is extremely disgusting and not pleasant, I do not tolerate them at all, especially after paying such money. I'm a man without pretensions, but it knocked me out of my rut. I'm not going back there anymore. I put 3 stars, there were still advantages, but I do not advise

The room was cleaned conscientiously every day, linen was changed every two days, towels daily. No tips were given, Alenka chocolates were left as a thank you, it seems everyone was happy. The host and hostess are modest and polite people, they had breakfast in the common dining room, rode in the common elevator: hello, sorry, all that... Breakfast is standard for a hotel of this class, tasty and quite varied, provided that the Chinese do not raid, but that's the case...
