We stayed at the hotel from July 15 to 22, as part of the tour. It is impossible not to note a pleasant impression, starting from the moment of check-in.
The rooms are clean and homely. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, there are many plants everywhere, which only adds to the charm. Recreation areas are decorated on the ground floor.
It was nice to find that the room was cleaned every day, and the bed linen was changed every three days.
I was pleased with the cafe on the third floor. Firstly, there is a pleasant view of either the sea or the city from all sides. Secondly, the kitchen is very, very good. There was not a single dish that would cause displeasure. The food is moderately salty, the portions are quite large and hearty, fresh vegetables are often added, which is important. Tea or coffee was offered a priori for breakfast and dinner, but for a modest fee you could choose a drink from the bar list to your taste. The diet was very diverse. Among other things, Armen, the chef of this institution, whom I would like to thank separately for the high level of professionalism, could cook something to order by prior arrangement. My heart was won over by freshly roasted mussels and homemade wine, which, combined with the sea air, creates an incredible feeling of celebration.
During a week of observing the kitchen staff, I noticed for myself that these are people who are truly interested in the prosperity and development of the place where they work, and this is really valuable these days.
I must say a big thank you to the entire staff of the Vesna Hotel for their high-quality work, conscientious attitude to their work and sensitivity towards each of the guests.

We came to spend the night for 1 day and go on. Such disrespect for vacationers should still be looked for.
1. We were greeted with the phrase "this Yandex needs to be turned off, they were tired of coming for a day"
2. Rooms, as a separate test: in room 6, the light in the toilet does not work. The light in the room is dim. The carpet is stained, the wallpaper is already coming off, it would be worth changing them. Bed.... so soft that I lay down and drowned in it. It is impossible to sleep, but more about this.
3. The music screams from 8:20 to 23:30, you will not be able to go to bed earlier or get enough sleep in the morning.
Why 3 stars and not 1?
The appearance of the hotel and the proximity to the sea give a couple of stars. But that's it!!!!

I really didn't like the hotel. Most of the rooms have no windows. The ventilation system is imperfect. Therefore, the sound of a working mechanism is periodically felt in the room. This sound prevents you from falling asleep when he is working. And at night , you wake up from the beginning of his work . The staff doesn't want to understand your problems. There is no hot water, they claim that there is. The breakfasts are not delicious to my taste. The hotel is located between two roads with heavy traffic. The sea is 50 meters away, next to the cargo port. The beach is 150 meters away, walk along the road. I would like to note the cleanliness both on the territory and in the rooms. Abkhazian hospitality begins outside the gates of the Hotel. The rest is ruined.

This year, my team and I decided to go on a short vacation to the Vesna Hotel. It was absolutely fantastic! Anatoly organized a tour of the local markets for us, where we could taste fresh fruits and vegetables, and Sabina took us for a walk through the most beautiful places. Every evening we gathered at the table, tasting unique dishes, and discussed our adventures. I want to come back next weekend

I visited the hotel on a guided tour. There were about fifty of us in total. And here's what I can say: the advantages are large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. This is an absolutely wonderful hotel for Abkhazia. The cuisine is good in the cafe, the chefs carefully monitor the products, which is important on the coast. The room has an excellent air conditioner. The attentive attitude of the team.
As for the location, When checking in, I recommend choosing the upper floor so that it is comfortable. For those who value walking distance to the sea, it is an ideal option.

We rested for the November holidays in the Spring. The colors of autumn Abkhazia are fascinating. We traveled in our own car. The hotel is clean, warm and cozy. Parking is free on site. There are cafes, shops, a market and a Sukhumi brewery nearby. We stayed for the second time this year. We recommend it. The staff hears all the requests of their guests.

We have been coming here for the third year in a row by car with my wife. I like everything. Room service and cleaning are on the level, the quality does not decrease. The hotel administration is attentive to regular guests. We drive to the Marnero beach to swim - 10 minutes by car. We recommend it to everyone. And there is also a brewery next to the Lighthouse. Beer is local and cheaper than in Moscow.

We visited this hotel in July 2023. The hotel is relatively new. Rooms from 20 m and up to 50 m. We were in a small room. Appliances -everything worked: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. The beds have comfortable mattresses, at least my back didn't hurt in the morning. The linen is clean and white. It was changed every 3 days. Towels too: there are 2 of them for each (large and small) and one common for feet after a shower. Detergents are in disposable small packages, as in other hotels. Soap is also a small piece, for individual use. Toilet paper is issued every other day, in sufficient quantity. Garbage is cleaned every day. Cleaning- at first it was daily, closer to departure - has not been cleaned for the last 2 days. But it wasn't really necessary anymore. For small things, buy a piece of washing soap separately, it's more convenient this way. Shampoo too, it is better to buy separately. A strip of laundry is for an additional fee. For 1 download, you give 300 rubles and everything will be washed and hung, dried. We were also fed breakfast + dinner. For the price at which we rested, we were well fed. And so, you can always order a dish, barbecue, alcohol, khachapuri for a separate fee. Very friendly staff of the hotel! Thank you for the warm welcome and service! The administrator of Milan is a very charming girl! Bella- cleaned the premises and did the laundry and laundry- good girl, everything is clean and tidy! Armen is a canteen employee. The older one is in the kitchen. He cooks any shish kebab very tasty, makes delicious khachapuri! I recommend it! And his assistant girls, Liana and Kristina, also always quickly and efficiently set the table, served dishes hot. And they promptly cleared the tables. The rest in the Spring was a real immersion in the Abkhazian culture. I've always dreamed of trying local dishes, and my dreams have come true! Amina took us through the themed restaurants, where we enjoyed a dinner of seafood and local vegetables. It was not just a dinner, but a cooking show, which I will tell everyone I know about. On weekends, we went on excursions to unique places where we had fun. I'll be back again

It seems to be out of the way relative to the center, but the sea is nearby. There are good cafes nearby where you can enjoy delicious food. If you are too lazy to go, then there is a small cafe in the hotel.
There is a pharmacy nearby (100 m).
The staff, a woman, is just a smart girl. Constantly at work, working like a bee, constantly wondering if anything is needed. Towels and bed linen are often changed. They won't refuse if you want to even more often.
There is a kind of alley in the middle of the hotel, it blows well, keeps cool.
The rooms are comfortable, the refrigerator freezes, the air conditioner cools. There are several TV channels in Russian.
Wi-Fi is too weak for the first floor. Well, problems with electricity are the trouble of Abkhazia. The hotel has its own generator. Lights and sockets are no problem, but there will be no water even if the diesel generator is running.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

We ate the most delicious borscht in our life at this hotel. We were very surprised. It is divinely delicious. The cook just performs an encore. The combination of cilantro, adjika and local seasonings gives a unique taste. We are rarely surprised, we travel a lot and have tried everything. And here is such a surprise. We had a rest in January 2022. The hotel is a new, cozy courtyard, but located far from the city center. The room has glasses and a kettle, hygiene products. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The approach to the hotel is inconvenient, there is no sidewalk, and when it rains, you walk through mud and puddles, afraid that passing cars will pour over you. In the summer, this problem most likely disappears.
There was also an unpleasant moment. My daughter slipped on a wet tile (it was raining) on the second-floor catwalk and fell. My back hurt a little when we got home, it turned out that I broke my coccyx in a fall. That's the kind of trouble. Be careful, the tiles in the hotel are slippery if they are wet.

A great hotel, of all the nearby ones, this is the best there is... We went there more than once, but this year they just wiped their feet on us! Two rooms were booked for a wonderful vacation in the summer, but today on 01/27/24 the hotel just canceled the reservation, explaining that the rooms were bought by Gagra Tour! There are still questions and a sediment: why do I need a reservation at all?!
Thank you at least that in January, and not in front of the fact the day before leaving Moscow!

It seems like a normal hotel: normal staff, clean. But there are ambushes: there are no windows in the rooms, the only window is in the bathroom. The door and the floor-to-ceiling window open onto a common corridor and if you don't want to be looked at, you draw thick curtains and the room becomes dark and gloomy. They give one of the porridges for breakfast, there is no choice of dishes, only for money (we had breakfast and dinner paid for). The bar on the third floor plays music quite loudly during meals. Although the hotel positions itself as a family relaxing holiday. Periodically, the hotel hosts parties of local young people (15-20 years old) with wine, drinks and music at full volume. We got on one of these. The website says that silence begins at 23 o'clock. I went up to the receptionist at 00:15 and asked how long it would last? I answered: after 40 minutes, she will start asking them to wrap up. At one o'clock, the music really subsided and they began to clean up. We lived on the second floor, the bar was right above us and we listened to tables, chairs, etc. being dragged over us until three in the morning. In general, they live alone, the locals celebrate.

There is practically no territory, but you can park your car in the parking lot in the backyard. The beach is close, you need to walk along the embankment for 300 meters, but there is an inconvenience running across a very busy road. The room is dark, the glass door replaces the window. We had a rest in August with a female company. The hotel itself is good, everything you need is there, towels were changed every day, the cleaning is excellent. The location is good, 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the center, 15-20 minutes walk to the decent Del Mar beach at a brisk pace
There is no beach opposite as such, you can swim, but it is unpleasant, there is dirt and smell around, so it's better to go to Del Mar, it's super there!
On the negative side, we were not told that breakfast is included in the price (the information there is incomplete). There are breakfasts, but we found out that they are included at the very end when paying, which upset us extremely, since we ate in other places. I tried to clarify this issue with the administrator, but the answer was quite rude - you were told about the breakfasts (350 rubles), and the fact that you did not understand that they were coming in is your problem. I advise you to find out all the details immediately upon check-in.
Another negative point for us is smoking right in the middle of the hotel lobby, where the door opens, it is also a window. From morning to evening, someone was constantly sitting and smoking there, all this attracted us to the room, breathing cigarette smoke, and not the sea, we were obviously not happy.
We tried to solve this issue, they listened to us, removed the ashtrays, but for exactly a couple of hours with the phrase - you are the first to complain. By evening, the whole hall was covered in cigarette smoke.
I think that since there are no separate balconies, then the smoking area should not be at the doors and windows of the residents, somewhere to the side. I don't know how the parents of the children, of whom there were quite a few, felt about this
But, this is Abkhazia and there are a lot of smokers everywhere.
Even on the last day, a cockroach joined us, which did not give us rest, crawled through our things. It's good that it happened on the last day!
Conclusion after the stay, we would not stay here. The decisive moment was the administrator's reaction to clarifying the issue with breakfast, it turns out that the three of us missed everything and it became our personal problem, not the administrator's.
Therefore, draw your own conclusions. I hope the review will help improve the accommodation of future guests of this hotel

Without problems and formalities, they gave a warm room, everything is there: TV, a small cold cleaner, a kander, soap, shampoos, its own parking lot. And roaring cars are constantly flying, especially in the evenings. Prices in October were very high, we had to rent elsewhere. Previously filmed in 2021 without breakfast. Nice hotel. We lived there for a week, we liked it. Towels were changed and garbage was collected every day. The furniture is certainly shabby, but not critical. Fed on 3 out of 5 balls. They were fed in portions. I didn't have enough sweets in the morning and it wasn't always straight tasty. Homemade wine is sold disgusting. Don't buy. But the most important thing is the sailor across the street. Therefore, the rest is all small things)
