I ordered an economy package for 27p, everything was cleaned, washed, dried, the car has been practically clean for 3 days, it sparkles (white kia rio x) I am satisfied with the result and service like an elephant! The quality of the cleaning is quite low.
Considering that the Lux Complex was cleaned (washing the body, discs, coating the body with cold wax, drying, cleaning mats, drying doorways, vacuuming the interior, updating the panel), it is very bad.
There was dirt on the doors. There is lint on the body everywhere. The mats are rinsed and not blown with a compressor, they are put back wet.
It was cleaned in 20 minutes. (with a stated time of at least 30 minutes).
It is good that the acquaintance with the service took place on a gift certificate through the purchase of bonuses on a Credit card.
Although this probably affected the attitude of the workers towards cleaning.
He did not talk about the comments. I think this is unnecessary.

To the first question of whether there were many cars in line, the girl at the checkout IRRITABLY repeated "wait", but it was unclear what to expect. If there are a lot of cars, then I can't expect.
After that, she answered anyway, but when asked how to stop by when the queue came up, whether the box was empty on the scoreboard, she irritably repeated "wait" again.
I couldn't figure out where to expect and how their queue process was organized, so I left.

Cons- the sink is not of high quality. Having ordered even the most expensive one, you will get both stains on the body and slightly wiped plastic with a dirty rag. After washing, I had to wait another 20 minutes until they fixed what they hadn't washed and still drove out in a car with dirt and streaks.
