Nice hotel, with stunning views from the terrace. It's budget-friendly, but it has everything you need. Just 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar bus stop. They found it easily. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. There was a room, I think, 502 (which is on the 5th floor, with a balcony). Small, cozy. Perhaps in the season when there are more guests and breakfast is served, it will be noisy, since the door opens directly into the kitchen, but from December 8 to December 13 there were few guests and no one bothered us. Good staff. We were charged in advance by w/a, "booked", without payment. It's all fair. We paid for it on the spot, in cash. I will recommend it. The only thing is, it's a very narrow and steep staircase, if you have any problems, then take a lower room)))
The hotel is nice, bright, the furniture does not fall apart, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is as compact as possible, but clean and new. The administrator is a nice guy, speaks excellent Russian, and is always ready to help. The only problem for us was the front door of the hotel, in which the lock clicks very loudly when closing. Our room 101 was right next to the front door. But, in general, this is a very good economy class hotel right in the historical center.
I wanted to live in a colored house) We read the reviews, liked everything, booked. What can I say? We are very satisfied! Fresh renovation, new furniture, everything is clean! Asme cooks delicious breakfasts. I haven't even eaten zucchini pancakes at home for a hundred years. Yummy🥰Thank you! Aziz, the manager, is very attentive and speaks excellent Russian. The view of the Bosphorus from the veranda is fabulous😍 There are breakfasts on it and you can relax in the evening. The veranda is open. There is a beer shop in front of the hotel entrance. After running around for a day, we admired the view of the Bosphorus before going to bed) The location is excellent👍Everything is within walking distance - to the right is the blue Mosque and all the sights, right is the tram stop, to the left is the metro station to the bus station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. In general, we were satisfied, I recommend it
We had a rest in April 2024. Excellent hotel. Small and cozy. Economy 101 room. I was very surprised. Everything is new, beautiful, but the room is not for people of large build) keep in mind. The room is very clean. Cleaning on request. Slippers and shampoo are provided. The bed linen is snow-white. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the Marmara Sea. The breakfasts were economical, but they did not go hungry. The woman who cooks breakfast speaks Russian.
The administrator Aziz also speaks Russian. I've been in touch for 24 hours. Wi-Fi is free.
We slept with the window open at night, it's quiet outside.
The only drawback is the noise insulation between the rooms. She doesn't exist at all)
Will I return to this hotel again? Yes. I'll just take a higher room)
We stayed at this hotel from November 6th to 12th, mostly showered and slept.
We had a room on the 4th floor with a view of the Bosphorus. It was quiet, although the audibility was generally so-so. On the first day, we woke up at 5 a.m. to the sounds of the mosque, but then we didn't hear it anymore, we were tired. The stairs are not very comfortable, if you have problems with your legs, pay attention to this. Each floor has its own Wi-Fi, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The furniture is not new, but in good condition, nothing falls apart, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. There was also a kettle in the room and a starter pack of water, coffee, tea and sugar. Slippers, soap, shower gel are put in, additional jars can be requested. But if you have your own travel kit, take it with you, the quality is not the best. A small inconvenient sink is one of the disadvantages. Cleaning and change of towels on request. It feels like vacuuming is not always good, but cleaning is generally OK. It was warm.
The breakfasts are economy level, but everything is delicious, varied, and did not go hungry. The highlight of the hotel is to have breakfast on the terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the Bosphorus. It was beautiful for us.
The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the historical center and 5 minutes from the tram stop. In general, it is convenient, but you need to understand that this is an old neighborhood, the hotel is lost in the streets with shoe production. It smells appropriate, the contingent is also controversial. We will definitely not settle in such an area again. Going back to the hotel, I guess the rooms facing the street are a little noisy in the morning, because the local traffic starts early.
The staff at the hotel is polite and always helps. There are Russian-speaking guys.
In general, a budget cozy hotel in the old district of the city. For its price, Istanbul is an excellent choice!
P.S. For some reason, only the photos from the breakfasts remained. But the atmosphere is super!
We liked it.
Not very far from the center, but be ready to climb the hill.
The rooms are clean, the repair is good, they give free water, tea, coffee.
There are Russian-speaking staff.
And a beautiful view from the terrace, where you can sit at a table and relax!
I am writing a review here, I think it will be useful for those who are looking for a hotel. A great option, the rooms are clean, cleaned, there is no elevator, you mean. Despite the fact that this is the central part of the noise, I did not notice it. The room has everything you need (towels, water, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee, slippers, hair dryer.)
Sultanahmet Square is a 15-minute walk away, there is a metro and tram tracks nearby.
The price tag is adequate
We were in November 2023. Location - in the old town at the BAYAZET tram stop. The hotel surprised me very unexpectedly. Very clean and bright room. The Bosphorus is visible from the window. In the room there is a kettle slippers shampoo gel soap toothpaste disposable brushes refrigerator TV (in Russian, in my opinion, 4 of the famous TNT). There is an ironing board with an iron in the corridor, there are not many rooms in the hotel7-8. The breakfasts are excellent on the veranda on the 5th floor with a view of the Bosphorus. In the evening we admired the city from there under the wine.Special thanks to Aziz at the reception. A very responsive guy who speaks Russian well. There is a transfer. By the way, go uphill to the tram line. But the Old Town is all on the mountain. If we are still in Istanbul, we will return to this hotel.
We were on vacation and lived in this hotel for 6 days. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of grand bazar, sultanahmed, Hagia Sophia. The hotel is located in the old town, on the way to the hotel there are many street cafes, shopping stalls, active traffic of cars and mopeds, noisy shopping life. This did not negatively affect the accommodation. The room is clean, quiet, cleaning every day, and the view from the veranda to the sea is just wonderful) helped with calling a taxi. After the eviction , they were allowed to leave their bags at the reception . The breakfasts are delicious. We were satisfied
A good hotel is almost in the most touristic place in Istanbul, but at the same time relatively remote from the city noise since you need to walk 10 minutes to the epicenter of the main tourist crowd. The view from the room window is certainly so-so, because there are a lot of wholesale clothing stores and mini factories around, but the view from the roof terrace compensates for this disadvantage. The breakfasts are delicious, as for me they are big enough to last until lunch. The staff at the hotel are friendly people, mostly Russian speakers. Customers, by the way, too). The price for such a location, clean rooms and sufficient service is generally ridiculous. In general, everything is normal, you can contact
We were in March 2024. This is the first trip to Istanbul, we cannot compare how it was before. We chose a budget hotel with good ratings. It's amazing how 5,500 per day have become budget-friendly.
Attractions can be reached on foot, shops, restaurants. Transport interchange. The transfer to the airport is 5000r, but it is very easy to get there by bus.
The rooms are clean.
Now about the cons. The hotel is located in a shoe area, it smells constantly of glue and dermatin. There is no view from the window, to put it mildly. During the week of arrival, the room was not cleaned once. They never changed the towel or took away the garbage. We are ourselves. There was no hot water for three days. With a small child who is one year old, this is problematic. And even after a whole day of walking .The kettle was boiled, bottled water was diluted for 5500 a day. The TV was not working. The breakfasts are the simplest, monotonous. The woman who prepares them is nice. For those who have trouble sleeping, I do not recommend it at all. I repeat, the hotel is in the shoe manufacturing area, in the morning and in the evening something is rattling out of production. Maybe it depends on which floor to live on.
Maybe if you rest without children and for three days at most it will do. But with small children, and definitely not for a week.
A cozy, pleasant small hotel. Conveniently located, close to public transport stops and attractions. Polite staff, ready to help at any moment, there is a Russian-speaking employee
The hotel is clean, the food is good at home, the plumbing is fresh, one small minus in room 101 is the location of the sink is not suitable for use. The location is normal. This is not the first time in Istanbul, so I liked the hotel. There is everything on Gedik Pasha Street. They were in December 2023.Thanks
Awesome The terrace adds a star, I've never seen one like it. Thanks to the staff. This hotel is what you need to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Istanbul.
The worst 3 star hotel I've been to. The rooms are filled with furniture so it is impossible to get through. The food is always monotonous, it's tin. The food for breakfast is terribly cheap!
I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to pay 20-40 dollars a day and get a normal hotel and service.
I liked the hotel, everything was according to the description, they settled in quickly, very clean, cozy, the staff spoke Russian, the breakfast is fresh, there is plenty to choose from, thank you very much!
Every night someone knocks. There is a suspicion that there is a machine in the next house and something is being sewn there. There are no special complaints about the hotel, except for the dead shower. But the hotel was taken for sleeping, and there are problems with that.

Stayed with my husband at this hotel, March 2024.
We were very satisfied, to put it modestly. By coincidence, we lived in several rooms and on different floors. The price-quality ratio outweighs the quality side.
Fresh renovation, good cleaning and clean everywhere, convenient location from a tourist point of view, but most importantly - friendly and helpful staff! At the reception, the young man Aziz is very polite, speaks excellent Russian and will always help. And at breakfast I was always greeted by the kindest Gohar, who treats all the guests like her family. We started every day with joy when she met us at breakfast, and said goodbye on the day of departure with tears in our eyes.
Definitely, this place will help you feel the spirit and flavor of such an immense Istanbul. We put 1000 out of 10.
