The place is amazing, the air is amazing, the beauty, the history, the views, everything is admirable and pleasing to the eye, BUT our Tsarskoye Selo and Peterhof are an order of magnitude higher, both together and separately. Thanks to Versailles for giving me a new feeling of love for the Motherland.

the park, despite the non-working fountains, is magnificent! huge spaces, a large canal, separate small manicured regular gardens and landscape architecture. You can walk here all day and not get around everything. Relaxing on the marble benches on a hot day is a special pleasure. It's worth walking past the electric car rental to the end of the park in a straight line to see the French province in miniature - it's beautiful.
The central view of the Canal from the Palace of Versailles is certainly good. But by itself, it attracts the eye only with its rectangular shape. Walking through the park is definitely worth a visit.

The first time in Versailles . I expected more. The time of year , of course, is not very good for Versailles and the park. But most importantly, I realized my dream!
