Well, to begin with, the hosts are very friendly. This is a big plus. Of the disadvantages: - in the photo on the website, it is not a hotel at all, but the owner's mansion. Room cleaning is exclusively on a separate request. The TV is big, but the channels are only in Uzbek. There is no refrigerator in the room (and why is it in Tashkent in the summer?). As it is, everything is fine...

We booked in advance, but the manager went to a meeting and we were able to pay upon arrival. It is conveniently located between two metro stations, near a large bazaar, the city center can be reached in 10 minutes, large rooms, a quiet place, a hairdryer, iron and dishes are provided upon request. I recommend paying attention to room cleaning and then everything will be fine, we will definitely return

Overall the hotel is not bad. A very friendly hostess. We stayed in the best suite. The bathroom battery was leaking in the room. It was stuffy even with the window open. There is no refrigerator. This is certainly inconvenient. There are no animals in the rooms, the smells are the same. The bed is clean and spacious. As it was, I liked everything. With the low price of a taxi, we never reached the subway. There is a delicious cafe with Turkish cuisine nearby. Shop. I don't know about the simple rooms, but ours was good.

Terrible hotel. In the so-called suites, there are not even bedside tables, the TV does not work, there is one working outlet for the entire room, there is no refrigerator (I had to ask to bring + an extension cord, because there is only one outlet) Wi-Fi sometimes works or not. The bathroom is dirty, the bed linen is dirty, the floors are dirty, the light is on at 60-70%. Hot water that is, that is not. The heating is similar.
In general, next time, we will definitely not check in here! Oh, and also, in our "suite room" there was dripping water in the bathtub from under the dryer. And there are many such comments, you can go on endlessly. I tried to highlight the most important ones.
And we were in the SUITE! It's scary to imagine that in ordinary rooms

The information on Booking does not correspond to the real situation: the pool is not working, breakfast is not served, an additional fee of about $ 2 per day is charged for registration. Individually, you can close your eyes to all this, but in general there are too many "surprises".
Overall, the hotel is not bad, with good repair.

Quite a cozy, for my taste, local hotel. Homely, I would say. The rooms are different, do not expect a single style, some representatives of furniture and appliances are honored veterans, something familiar may be missing altogether. But the service is good, the staff is friendly, quite cozy, family-like. Next to the presidential highway, so don't expect any noise in the evenings, and during the day, too, noisy parties either on the territory or nearby. It is quite suitable to stay with your family or for a business trip (not for everyone, of course). It's fine, in general.

The small hotel is located quite far from the city center, but not far from the metro station - 5-7 minutes on foot. Breakfast is not very varied and plentiful, but there is enough to have a snack. Among the disadvantages - poor Internet quality, poor cleaning quality - there were other people's hair on the floor and on the bed, which is simply unacceptable. There is not much parking space.
