We had a rest in August in this guest house, with the company of 2 families. I really liked the guest house, at the highest level, I would say👍🔥The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, cozy - it's nice to be there. Very quiet and peaceful place, beautiful view. There is a spacious courtyard area, a large Parking lot, where children can sit and ride. It is very convenient that there is a mini bar on the territory of the State Duma, where you can buy drinks, water, homemade compotes🔥The sea is 15 minutes away at a calm pace. Along the way there are canteens, cafes, stalls, shops. If the sea were a little closer--- there would be no price for a guest house. And so everything is super, chic, pleasant, comfortable, the hosts and the administrator are very responsive. Photos and videos correspond to reality. Recommend👌

It was in July 2024, a very clean and cozy place, the rooms are comfortable, all the necessary things are there, you can wash and iron the linen, the kitchen is very spacious, the necessary utensils are there. Svetlana is a very neat and helpful administrator, thank you to her! There is a parking lot for cars and a mini playground on site. In general, we are satisfied with our stay and rest in this house. WiFi throughout the territory!

For a family holiday, that's the thing. Nice bright room, cleanliness is constantly maintained. A quiet and very cozy place with a shared large open and very comfortable kitchen. Hospitable people, and Svetlana is just a smart girl, she will always help, tell you everything, not intrusive service. I will come again))

For the second time we rested at the Versailles Guest House, a brand new, modern, four-storey hotel. The four of us arrived late at night, we were met at the Airport, brought to a place of rest, provided with a two-room room, although it was still 12 hours before our check-in. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. They organized a full - day excursion for us in a comfortable car . At our request, they showed the most beautiful places of Abkhazia and its sights. In the guest house itself, everything is at the highest level: the hall, rooms, furniture, snow-white bed linen and towels. The sea is a leisurely 15-minute walk away, on the way to the beach there are canteens, cafes, pharmacies, souvenir stalls, grocery stores. Delicious national cuisine awaits in every courtyard. The sea is the purest, the tan is bronze! Comfortable accommodation, friendly and friendly attitude of the hosts was very important for us, all our expectations were fully justified. We liked everything, we haven't seen all the sights yet, so Abkhazia and Versailles will see you soon!!!

Everything matches the description 👍 friendly and helpful people, closed Parking is important 🌟, clean rooms, daily cleaning and change of towels, there are also beach towels.The area is far from the road and very quiet.

A wonderful guest house! The room is modern and clean, the bed is snow-white.
In constant access (free of charge) washing machine. This is very important for our family. Daily washing of towels after the sea, clothes.
There are a lot of dishes in the kitchen.

If you are thinking about where to stay in Abkhazia, then you are definitely here👍
We had a rest in September 2024. and they were delighted! Cozy, clean, calm and comfortable! The room is exactly like in the photo, I did not want to leave at all) There is a kitchen for self-cooking, as well as an inexpensive and delicious dining room very close by. To the sea ~ 7-10 minutes on foot. The beach is spacious and clean. There are many different cafes, souvenir shops, grocery stores, pharmacies along the way. In general, there is everything for life. There is a market on the next street.
We cannot but mention the responsive and hospitable hosts, especially the administrator Svetlana!
We sincerely wish this house prosperity and more satisfied guests. I want to come back here again. Thank you, Versailles🫶🏻

It's a great place. Everything is very clean, not far from the sea. The most interesting thing is that there is a Soviet army generator. There were power outages, and the generator was immediately started.
