07/14/2024 we went to this institution to have dinner to celebrate the child's birthday. The child ordered his favorite piperoni pizza. We also ordered khachapuri in Adjarian, Mergel and Khinkali. Khachapuri in Marl tasted with some bitterness, it was unclear whether the cheese was like that or what. Well, they turned a blind eye to it. And the child in the pizza just got a piece of sausage with an unmade cellophane, it's just some kind of tin. I called the waiters and showed them, she left and invited the receptionist. The receptionist came over and apologized. I said that this was not normal at all and asked for a refund for the pizza, which was refused. Well, guys, you need to be responsible for your mistakes and mistakes. It was the cook's joint, your client needed to refund the money for the pizza and fine the cook, which I hinted at to the administrator. Such situations need to be resolved with your visitors.

The most favorite cafe in Ureki. Delicious food made with fresh ingredients. Fast service. A varied menu. A large selection of drinks, a good wine list and many different alcoholic cocktails. I would also like to mention chicken soup, khinkali and Adjarian khachapuri. The children really liked the pizza and French fries. There is live music in the evenings. I recommend it to everyone.

There are no questions for the staff, but the price and quality are absolutely different, they ordered a barbecue in "Georgian" khinkali julienne and drinks. The result is a barbecue from a terrible part of the meat, all veined, some pieces consisted of 80% fat and even bones came across, the soup was brought in a broken plate. Julienne, it turns out they have mushrooms with onions in cream sauce, maybe they ran out of a bag and they improvised. Well, the cherry on the cake was a hair in an unfinished khinkalin. We have been vacationing in the village for a week now and this is the best place for dinners and lunches on the coast. It turned out that it is not so easy to find a delicious and clean cafe in the village, but we really liked this place. The friendly staff, always delicious food and a varied menu were very pleased. Live music and dancing in the evening. We expect the order for about 15-20 minutes, drinks are brought immediately. Only positive impressions from spending time in this institution.

The food was not bad, but it was very salty and the barbecue was not from the grill, but hard and it just felt like it was from the oven, everything else seemed normal, but not wow. The service is fast. I didn't like that for both of them the usual lunch came out at 200 GEL, while even in the paragraph we had lunch cheaper, a rip-off.

Ureki has one of the largest cafes, but the service wants the best. Prices are above average. We rested for 8 days and were only 1 time. There is nothing bad to write, but there is nothing good either. We won't go again. Keep in mind that they charge 15% of the service bill (some cafes charge 10%).

It is stupidly expensive, the margin is 15% on top of the bill - they are clearly mistaken in the level of their own service, unfortunately, it is none.
From the details: after ordering one dish, it turned out that another was ordered... They brought the second one, then they thought about it, and brought the first one, which "did not exist." The other dish was brought twice. The quality of the dishes is fine, but not masterpieces. 40-50% ice was put in 1 liter of lemonade.
But the price is like culinary masterpieces. Compared with Batumi and Kobuleti. For the money spent, the pleasure of the kitchen is not appropriate.

The three of us went to have dinner. Everything was brought to the adults at once. The child had been waiting for cutlets and mashed potatoes for more than an hour. I reminded the waiters three times. "Getting ready" they said. After an hour of waiting, the package was brought and placed on the table. They asked our round eyes, "aren't you taking it with you?" - we asked them to put it on a plate so that the child could eat here. They took it to the kitchen and disappeared. It's been 10 minutes. I asked for the account and the manager. The manager said - the mashed potatoes are not ready yet - (for my nap, but what was brought in the package - she said - they were confused). there are a lot of orders in the kitchen. (5-7% of the tables were occupied). Mashed potatoes were removed from the bill. I paid the bill.
The manager offered to come to them again tomorrow, and then they will serve us well.
Although I think that 10% of the service in the bill I obviously paid for nothing. Well, all right. I sent my wife and child to another restaurant while I was talking with the manager. (A nice girl, you can see how embarrassed she was, apologized for the establishment).
To compensate for the inconvenience, the manager offered to take the finished dish with her for free at the expense of the institution and feed the child at home. To my laughter and the phrase "are you sure what will be brought?" She asked if the kitchen was ready. After that, I agreed to pick it up. (I was even wondering how it would end - and I was not mistaken)))) 5 minutes have passed, we are waiting with the manager. They don't carry it. I see that she is beginning to worry and semaphore to the waiter. He goes into the kitchen and comes out and spreads his hands. Then my nerves and indignation let go - just a laugh ... zatara politely refused a generous offer to visit. I went to feed the baby at another restaurant. By the way, in another Restaurant they quickly served without incident. I am writing a review while sitting in another room. Like a proof check from a restaurant that has a review.
