The best veterinarians are Grigory and Valentina, responsive and caring, for whom helping animals is primarily their vocation. Even at the expense of their rest, they are always ready to help and accept. I have a lot of animals and every time I turn to the guys at the Faithful Friend veterinary clinic for help. It happened this time, my dog was very ill, needed the help of professionals, and even on their only day off, Valentina and Grigory took us in, diagnosed us and treatment began very quickly. All the time my dog was on a drip, she was closely monitored, given recommendations on how to proceed, and agreed to keep in touch by phone. Thank you so much for saving our ponytail. Unfortunately, there is no veterinarian of this level in our city. (In Berezino, we were treated for a tick bite and our dog did not recover at all for several days). I described the symptoms to Grigory and let's go. Literally from half a glance, we were immediately diagnosed with bleeding in the stomach (he ate the gum). We were dug through, punctured with a package of medicines and recommendations. Already on leaving the office, I ran more cheerfully)) Gregory did something incredible. On the very first day it became much better, after 4 more days of ivs and injections, the dog is healthy))all this time we are in touch on any issue. In addition to professionalism, it is worth noting the attitude. (Our doctor asked me not to call her on the weekend, only if there is absolutely trouble). Grigory will always help, tell you what and how - it's worth a lot. Grigory and Valentina, you are the most wonderful people and professionals. Thank you so much for what you are doing. We came from another city to see Grigory. There are not enough words to describe the disappointment.
First of all, you need to understand that you are going to (a blogger), and then to (a veterinarian), because it is blogging that he puts in the first place.
In principle, a person is not at all like that (kind and good as he presents himself on social networks).
We have been waiting for the test results and the promised treatment regimen for a month now, and I understand that we will not wait at all. There is simply no point in calling or writing, because there will always be an answer (later, call in the evening, call in the morning, call in an hour). Yes, it's YOU, because he doesn't respect his patients.
But most of all (I like) when Grigory asks him to dial and says on the phone that he is busy right now and to dial later, and it doesn't matter at all that I call within a minute after his message.
It's good that we didn't have something urgent, it's scary to think if you get to him urgently.
I will not advise anyone!
It's very strange where so many good reviews come from, because everything is different in life.
