During the year, I tried various services at Vermax, manicure, pedicure, eyebrows. I have drunk countless amounts of coffee, there are always no questions-always thanks. Yes, there were not always 100% hits. But when it was good, she always praised. I left the shortcomings without comment. But it was good .. when, after a week of wearing, the manicure began to peel off (never before!), and crack, I decided to write. I'm sorry, but I had this manicure for 2.5 hours!! and I'm not afraid of this word design, for which I paid extra, and then redid it, because I couldn't look at this "unbearable beauty". And it was only enough for a week. To say that I'm upset is to say nothing.
Previously, it was possible to fearlessly go to any master knowing that it would be good, and quickly. Now you risk being left without coverage in a week. If the master is a junior (the last time I got to this one), then his work most likely needs to be checked so that the number of dissatisfied customers does not grow. Of course, the salon does not expect such reviews promising discounts, but this is my experience that I want to share. I left my 5 stars when I was satisfied with my work. And I think that if it's good, you should praise and if it's bad, you should scold and not be silent. This is the only way to grow and develop. I hope that the conclusions will be drawn correctly.

It's terrible to see the picture of how negative reviews on all sites are being deleted.
I was at the salon in the summer, I urgently needed a manicure, because my master got sick. I came across an advertisement in the inst with a good price from the Vermax studio.
They signed me up for a novice master (the admin didn't even warn me, she would never have agreed), who was always asking an experienced master if it was "right" during the manicure process. Nails were done for more than 3 hours instead of the usual 1.5 hours. This is kapets. Pay for modeling, which is positioned as a full-fledged service from a good craftsman?) The salon has an interesting policy.
The funny thing is that I pay the same price for my experienced master as I paid for a beginner, as if I graduated yesterday.
What was the result the next day (I attach a photo): the sawn nail plate, chips, detachments, the master injured me, which led to a panarition on one of the fingers, the nails were all uneven, the parallels went into the stratosphere, the thickness was generally at least. The coating stupidly fell off from a pair of nails.
What are the consequences after six months?
The nails are thin, I still feel pain when exposed to warm water, the coating naturally does not hold, it immediately detaches because there is nothing to hold it there, I am still restoring parallels, it is almost impossible, because the nails break immediately, they cannot grow back.
As a result, a manicure for 40p in a salon unknown to me with a large following on Instagram cost me too much with additional treatment from a podiatrist.
The admins, of course, tried to resolve the issue, but they did not want to return the funds, they promised to redo the work, but redo what? To grow a sawn nail plate in two days, and not until the nails are fully restored?!
Do the admins really think that there will be a desire to go to this salon again?!
By the way, they called me fiercely so that I could come to them to fix everything, I just had to block them because several refusals did not convince them

They offered me the services of a podiatrist, but at this point I refused, went to another specialist and, as it turned out, rotting under the nail began with subsequent consequences. Result:now I'm growing a new nail (the old one was removed). I had to completely remove the coating from all the nails. Upon arriving at the salon, explaining her problem, Veronica (the manager and she is also the hostess) flatly refused to even listen to me, I'm not talking about the rest. Therefore, be vigilant in choosing a nail service master.

The Vermax studio has been much nicer since its opening. I have repeatedly applied to them for services. I was dissatisfied with the pedicure last time. This has happened before. The masters were Irina (I didn't even carry the coating for a month), surface treatment, which was not enough even until the evening (full stop treatment), then Oksana, a rare ill-mannered sharp-tongued and "compliments" one name, and not the master, how she was viewed and allowed to work remains a mystery, after her "processing" on the same day another day, the master processed the feet for 2 hours, the administrator nodded like a parrot to the beat of the master, I did not really get a smooth coating, cuticle treatment on my fingers, or foot treatment as a holistic service. She is very rude in her work, does not react to comments "bakes" or "hurts".
Not everyone gets a manicure, but they do it normally. Again, master Irina took the money for the design, which on 5 fingers in a week shed tears. It's also something strange. Of course, you can redo it, but again for a week. Who needs to squeeze into other people's windows every week if something is wrong. At my manicure, the girls from the pedicure were both angry and crying.
They seem to be treated to tea or drinks, they try to be friendly, but as I understand it, they beg for reviews and lure them with buns. In general, I do not recommend a pedicure. It is clearly necessary to apply to beginners for a manicure, they are still learning very diligently.

And here's a vacation. And I had the opportunity to visit the salon as a model for the manicure procedure with a gel polish coating.
What I want to say in summary.
I really liked everything from chatting to leaving the salon with already beautiful nails. Convenient location in the city. It's easy to find. A friendly receptionist greeted me at the entrance. The studio is very cozy, bright, clean everywhere. As soon as I sat down with the master, I was offered tea, coffee, and water to choose from. The master is very pleasant, caring, polite. Despite the fact that I am a model, they asked about my preferences about the shape and color of the coating. She was worried about my comfort during the procedure.
I was satisfied with the result. Well, the payment is also (the amount is symbolic). So don't be afraid to go as a model, but only to reliable places like the Vermax studio. Everything will go as it should, under the strict guidance of an experienced manager.
