We visited it twice-the first time: the perfect room, polite waiter, delicious food, live music, everything was great, only the table needs to be booked in advance! The second time: the complete failure of this restaurant in our eyes! The table was booked in advance, however, we were not seated at the table that was booked! A waitress is to say that she is rude, not to say anything! Despite the fact that we were with a child for 7 years, this did not stop her either. And then: they brought fish on the grill, waited for salads for half an hour after, as a result, they refused salads. The answer killed: everything is taken out when ready! Wait a minute, comrades, you position yourself as a RESTAURANT, not a bistro or even a cafe! So match the restaurant! Oh, yes-in the morning, fish poisoning is what aerobatics is all about! Well, what else can I say, thank God my son didn't get poisoned! Otherwise, I would have personally caused them problems on the spot! I appeal to the restaurant administrators and owners: focus on the customer, otherwise you will lose money! It's sad! And I categorically do not recommend this institution! It is dangerous for health and nerves!👎 one star in the end for the first impression!

It occupies a special place in the rating of vacationers! Why is it special? Because it is a rare union of harmoniously combined components – hospitality, service, a variety of cuisine, and of course extremely delicious dishes! ❤️
Yes, there are often "no places" – you need to order. So this is the most significant indicator of the highest demand and popularity! It is to the "VERANDA" that I am drawn again and again! Yummy!!!And
now about the important thing - Nona, the hostess and professional in her field, who cares about comfort and fast service, will meet you right from the doorstep! And that's right - "the theater begins with a hanger", and rest in a restaurant with friendly eyes! And every detail is disputed in this team of waiters, everything is debugged, thought out and the waiting time is minimal!

Mushroom soup is probably the best in the last couple of years! compared to good restaurants in Moscow, please note) trout.. it is better to cook in a trout farm. I will make a separate review on it, it is impossible here. but the trout was not spoiled by anything, like other dishes. prices are in Moscow. tips, unlike other establishments of Abhation, are NOT included in the bill. Special thanks for that) it's always nicer to encourage people on your own, rather than in the prescribed manner)

A great place to relax! We rested in Gudauta in August, went to the Veranda throughout the rest, tried all the items on the menu. I liked everything very much, especially I want to note: "Chef's dish", chicken kebab, Burrata salad with tomatoes, pasta with seafood, apple strudel. The chefs are obviously trying very hard not only to cook everything quickly and deliciously, but also to serve it beautifully. There are no complaints about the bar either , drinks are served quickly and beautifully . We came to rest at different times, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the service is excellent, the waiters try to find an approach to each guest, if there are no positions on the menu, they warn in advance, they can advise and advise, not what is the most expensive, but what is the most delicious. The waiter did not have to wait long , they always came up on time and found out if everything was in order , in the evening at full boarding , they warned in advance that they might approach less often than usual . But there was nothing terrible about it, since live jazz music was playing in the evening, and the expectation was not even noticed. I would especially like to mention such waiters as Dayana, Nina, Ulyana, Olya.
The receptionist, Nona, also left a great impression, a very polite and competent woman. He always greets guests with a smile, seats guests in the evening so that it is comfortable for everyone to sit, often comes up and asks if everything is in order, professionalism in work is immediately felt.
The rest was great, we got only the most positive emotions on the Veranda, so we recommend everyone to go there at least once..

We had delicious food last year, but hookah solves everything around smoking hookah smoke it is impossible to sit too.
We decided to go in this year, the hookah remained, the food was so-so, it got worse and the price tag was just a distribution.
If you want to smoke a hookah pipe, it's a great place if you want to have a delicious meal with your family, there's nothing to do there.

I always pay attention to the management and staff of a particular institution where I spend my time.
My wife and I decided to go to the cool Veranda cafe on the Black Sea coast in Gudauta.A girl greeted us with a smile and offered us a table to choose from!That's IT!!!
We ordered milk oolong, lemonade and beer, which are served within 5-10 minutes according to standards.We ordered a hookah.
The drinks were brought to us in 20-25 minutes, the hookah maker was not found and they sent us a BARBECUE MAN with mats!!!The poor guy was all red and angry, because he doesn't even smoke, not what a hookah does.
Result:I asked for the bill.The girl specified whether by card or in cash, but then said only by transfer by number.When asked to call the manager or manager, the girl brought the terminal and said that it was working.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR RECREATION IN Gudauta!!!
TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS, I WILL CITE THIS CAFE AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO TURN A NICE IDEA WITH A VERANDA INTO A DINER NEAR THE SEA.

We ordered Caesar salad (delicious), carbonate (delicious), pork with vegetables in a frying pan (my husband said the potatoes were there as if yesterday, and so are the norms). We were at the Veranda restaurant today. There are no places (evening ~ 20.00) in the open, those that are all booked. We sat down in another part of the restaurant, in a house with upholstered sofas. It is very cozy, the menu is varied, more European dishes, the portions are good.
But now the cons:
Everything is VERY greasy, salty
We ordered pasta carbonara (a lot of fatty sauce, the pasta floated), a boat, a salad with warm eggplant in breadcrumbs (the salad "floated" in a fatty sauce) and finally French fries, which turned out to be very salty!
We are not happy with the food, but the atmosphere and the view are beautiful.

A gorgeous cafe! The helpful hostess, Nona, always found a place for us. Delicious mussels, good local wine, chocolate dessert with coconut from the chef is super. And most importantly - cool live music! The vocals are wonderful and a very harmonious ensemble, the musicians will not disappoint 👍 a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from any table (summer veranda).
