God forbid you get to Anastasia Boyko. She's the head doctor there. They brought the cat, she couldn't get into the vein. She tore all the veins, used four catheters. I couldn't get the IV in. I was rude to her, I lost my nerve.the kitty has suffered stress. She turned us out the door without any help. Alexander is a very cool doctor, if you go to this clinic, then only to him. By the way, thanks to this Boyko, at least now we know what's wrong with our kitty, in another clinic we had all the tests and were diagnosed with pedontosis. We didn't have any food poisoning. At the Vera clinic, they give everyone the same diagnosis and treat everyone with the same drugs. We were not even sent for maintenance, the diagnosis was made at random. Everything was done for us at Dog Premium! Ultrasound, blood was donated and the dentist was examined. The fact that our kitty couldn't eat, we have the usual paradantosis.We have not detected any food poisoning or virus. Once again, many thanks to this Boyko, now we will be treated only in dog premium. The doctors are very good, they don't say hello through their teeth, they smile. Cleanly! It's nice to come in and entrust your pet to them! The same cannot be said about Vera clinic. Everyone there is nervous and can't really explain what they are being treated for. They speak very badly about this clinic, the fact that a lot of pets were ruined because of an incorrect diagnosis. The staff at Vera Clinic needs to be changed. No one has any experience there.

They are searched for in difficult cases in all clinics. There are just such things in Faith. This is a good big clinic and thank God that it exists. And many thanks to the people working there.

We were vaccinated with the cat on 13.08: firstly, they said the wrong price on the phone before the visit (in fact, it turned out to be an order of magnitude higher), secondly, the cat had a lump, since the injection was administered intradermally, not subcutaneously. This is not the first vaccination in my practice, but never before have animals had bumps after such a simple procedure.
Please teach doctors how to properly vaccinate, and the administrator how to correctly name prices.

We brought our girl, our kitty, for sterilization. A standard operation. They took her away the same day, and 3 days later her seam was inflamed. They brought her for an examination, took her away and gave her a second anesthesia without our permission. They came to us and said that she had a rejection of the suture material and had to be cleaned. We picked her up that evening. But our kitty began to melt before our eyes, her appetite disappeared and a day later her temperature rose and she began to feel sick. We went to Vera again, they said it was a reaction of the liver and pancreas and began to make ivs. We had injections and ivs for 2 days and went to the Central Medical Center on the third day, as our girl was very ill.
The Central Committee immediately suspected panleukopenia (distemper). We took an analysis and it was confirmed. By that time, there was very little chance of saving her. But we left her in intensive care. On the 10th day after the first operation, our Toffee was gone. She was only one year old, she was vaccinated and healthy.
I called Vera Clinic because I didn't like the way the tools were stored and the animals were kept. I explained to them that most likely our cat was infected with them and that they had better quarantine themselves and process everything. But they are still open. They really gave me my money back. But it won't give us back our loss.
And even if we assume that she did not get infected with them, she was there and she could have infected many cats with distemper who came during or after. And they couldn't diagnose her. Maybe we could have saved her if we had taken action at the first symptoms.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
