In the beginning, of course, everything was nice, but later on)
Almost every phrase we uttered was accompanied by the lamentation "And where did you spend our money?", after several refusals to take things, the tone became more rude, after they began to tell us about the composition of things, but almost immediately it turned out that they lied a lot about it, so out of eiderdown we have come to syntypon. After that, they started asking my mom questions from the series "where do you work at all? Yes, you stay at home, your husband is watching you," and so on. My presence was simply ignored. After trying on the jacket, I started discussing with my family that I didn't like something about the style, followed by "Then take it off!"
After the fitting, we gave a resolution that we didn't need anything after all, and then, as if on cue, their backs abruptly turned away from us, followed by the "I told you so" remark, and then the dialogue I hadn't conducted.
I couldn't resist commenting on this store with its "wonderful service" of leather and fur. Which we left in a very unpleasant mood after hearing veiled rudeness from the staff. Arrogance and lack of service.
All the way, we were told that we would not let you go until you tried it on, and we were constantly encouraged to take out loans))
After we were taken into the elevator and we got into a new department, try to find a way out again.
However, the atmosphere in the textile department was much more pleasant.

The store is a complete disappointment.
If the tour operator offers to take you somewhere for free, but with a stop at this store, then be prepared that they will want to deceive you.
We arrived there, and from that moment on, one of the Turkish consultants stuck to us like a sheet of paper.
With grief, they chose a coat in half, it was not bad, but the most interesting thing began next.
Prices for things are not fixed. They set the price of the coat for us at $900 (well, you know, even branded clothing takes a break from such arrogance). I wonder if there are people who are able to buy for such a price?
But miraculously, we dropped the price to $200.
Some kind of their main manager, a rude and not customer-oriented type, was haggling with us.
Well, OK, it seems like the coat is not bad, the price doesn't seem to bite much either, we decided to pay. The payment was made in rubles by transfer to a Russian bank.
But as soon as the payment was made, the coat was brought. I unwrap my coat, and there's a huge hole in the lining. The pencil on the outside, which we noticed during the fitting, was not erased, and the button that we wanted to be sewn on after the purchase was completely forgotten.
We didn't want to take the coat with the hole in the lining, but they stubbornly insisted that their local tailor sew it up, and we didn't agree. They refused to return the money. Their general manager was rude and behaved abominably. As a result, we had to fight with them for a very long time and eventually called the police. Immediately after that, we found ways to refund the money. We applied for a refund and the money was returned the next day.
Therefore, be careful with these dishonest people, check things before payment and bargain to the lowest price you can, or do not buy anything at all)
