Therefore, when the antifreeze flowed, I turned to this service station, as it turned out, the owner changed there and, accordingly, other craftsmen and locksmiths were already working. The heat exchanger has been replaced, and since the oil is drained when it is replaced, it must also be replaced. Before that, I changed the oil and all the filters myself, so I specifically named the brand of the oil filter, and although the price of spare parts turned out to be several times higher than in a car dealership, I decided not to waste time searching, everyone earns as much as they can. I had the oil, so I brought my own. When I came to pick up the car and took out the dipstick, the oil turned out to be black, which I pointed out to the foreman, but he brought a piece of paper and began to show what kind of car I had and the car next to it. Although there was no difference at all. Well, it's a diesel engine, he told me. During the eight years of using this car, I always changed the oil myself, so I can tell the difference between the replaced oil. They gave me the rest of the oil (1.5 liters), saying we didn't steal it from you. As a result, they poured 3.5 liters instead of 4.3. It was just stupid not to drain all the oil, but mixed it with the old one, so it turned out to be black immediately. I decided not to waste my nerves and, if necessary, replace the oil myself again. And when I arrived at the garage 33 days later, this is important because they have a 30-day warranty for the work done. There were three bolts missing from the plastic bumper lining (lips), which I had never unscrewed, and there were also missing mounting bolts on the engine protection. I'm calling, they say come. And so the circus itself began, the master (a gray-haired man with glasses) came out and began to prove to me that during this month I could have run into a snowdrift in April and lost all my bolts. And Kostya, the locksmith, said that he saw that the fasteners were missing, and to my logical question why he did not tell me and did not install new ones, he replied that he had not been given such a task, according to the principle, and so it would do. Although I'm sure that all the bolts were in place, just the usual nonsense. And the master surprised me in general, I said I accepted the car, but did not give it back, so what are my complaints, it turned out that at this service station you need to get to the right master. And anyway, it's all my fault, because I didn't ask them to lift the car onto the lift and check for fasteners. Regarding the oil, I offered to change the oil again with me and at my expense, and if there is a difference in oil quality, refund me the money for the filter and for the oil that was used during the first replacement. I was even ready to come, after a thousand kilometers, since I drove this mileage after the replacement. I'm sorry they told me not to do that. As a result, according to them, I broke off or unscrewed the bolts securing the protection, screwed up the oil in the engine and came to blame. I would like to contact the owner of this organization and pay attention to these employees. Your motto is: arrogance, shame, deception!!!

After maintenance at this service station, the engine protection mounting screws were missing in the amount of 4 out of 6. Because of this, the rigidity of the entire structure was violated. Which caused, after driving through deep snow, a radiator failure. The snow pressed down on the engine protection, which was not fixed to all factory mounting points, and the protection, in turn, jumped out of the places where it should have been fixed, pressed down on the plastic structure above it. The plastic structure pressed on the "TV", which in turn, unable to withstand the load, cracked, hit the radiator and the side plastic part of the radiator, in the area of its attachment, burst and all the antifreeze at the moment was on the ground.
Because of the 4 screws that I was too lazy to tighten, or I decided that they were not needed here, or I lost the "specialist," as a result, I got to repair more than 500 rubles. not counting tow truck services.
And the "specialist" twisted the wheels with such force that when trying to unscrew the wheel, 2 cylinder keys were broken, but the wheel was never unscrewed. Now you have to go to a place where there is a pneumatic special tool. And hope that they can unscrew the wheel mounting screws without damaging them.
I advise you not to go to them in any case... If you want to save your nerves, money and car... They say that they did some work, but after checking, nothing was done, and they take the money... They don't fix it, they hurt it, and after they started hitting my car on the road, they say it was like that with you.....

But the apotheosis of all this turned out to be the broken body of the ignition key. "And that's what you had!"! Yes, there wasn't a single screw in the key that held the lids together, but they were INTACT!!! And they returned my snot. No car acceptance papers, nothing. The cost of the key case is 320 thousand!!
