After making an order, they brought dry shish kebab and bitter onion, the seasoning was not tasty. After a while, they brought an account with the amount of 14,000 tenge on it. I paid with a card and entrusted it to the waiter. After a while, I noticed that another amount was withdrawn from the card from the main one and 1560 tenge. At the same time, at the beginning, the waiter did not warn about the additional fee of 12%, which is not legal. I ask the administration of this institution to pay attention to this fact about the further non-repetition of this situation. When ordering in these establishments, pay attention to the amount that the waiter brings. Be vigilant. And one more thing, when paying the bill, the waiter did not issue a cash receipt and after a while, at my request, they gave me a receipt. Although they are obliged to issue a cash receipt at the place of payment without prior notification.

The barbecue in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel has become 10 times worse than before the pandemic. The room is absolutely not cleaned, dirty, the linen is not fresh, possibly used. I had to beg for towels 2 times, at first they gave me 3 for four. 2 bags of shampoo for 4, most likely the administrator thought that two were already clean. The level has dropped significantly, not to compare with what we saw 3 years ago.

Drunken kitchen workers danced barefoot on the dance floor. My guests had to leave. The service of the waitress Aruzhan, I'm generally silent, with a dissatisfied face, she listed everything that was not on the menu. There wasn't even any bread... I reread the bill 2 times with the administrator. Shame. But for some reason, I was ashamed of this shame in front of the guests, not them!!!
