Terrible hotel. Don't believe the photos, it doesn't even smell like 3 stars. Spoiler: but something else smells unbearably there.
We booked a room for two there. The flight was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. We were met by two gentlemen actively eating and drinking. They couldn't (or didn't want to) speak to us in Russian, but they explained themselves quite well in English. After escorting us to the room, the staff very quietly and quickly disappeared, only showing us the "no smoking" sign. We have already appreciated all the splendor in the room: dirty sheets and towels, a leaky toilet, a shower with mold on the curtain and in the joints of the tiles. All this was accompanied by an unbearable smell and grave cold (the heating was not working, it was the middle of October). It was scary to put things out of bags in the room, everything seemed so dirty.
They ran away after one night. We paid about 10 thousand rubles for this paradise for three nights (payment in advance), naturally no one issued a refund to us.

The 3+ room hotel smelled very damp. There is a Georgian and an Iranian at the reception. The Iranian speaks English. the breakfasts are prepared by a charming woman, not exquisite cuisine, but quite satisfying!!!
