A terrible dirty guest house with battered furniture. (although it looks beautiful from the outside, and the corridors are nothing, but the rooms are crap...) For all the time of your stay, this is the most expensive and terrible accommodation! The price-quality does not match at all!!! There was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room (dirty and tattered, there was no desire to drink tea from it) There was no water or light in the morning. The air conditioner is barely breathing, and it's hard there without it! I'll send you a couple of photos, but of course it looks scarier live!

It's terrible! The worst guest house in my life...even if we compare it with the Influx of 2010. It was dirty, the furniture was dead, there was mold in the shower, the door to the toilet and to the balcony did not even close. The bed linen is not changed, the rooms are not cleaned. Kondishen is barely breathing. Periodically, there is no light or water ...
Oh yes, there is never anyone at the reception to ask or ask for anything ...
Do not waste your money and mood on this....

The hostess is a rude and spiteful woman, in the so-called hotel there is dirt, old furniture, it's better not to go into the kitchen at all, you may vomit, the Internet disappears all the time, in 10 days neither the linen was changed, nor the floor was washed ((( Two stars only for a good location. Yes, we did not have time to arrive, the hostess charged us, as she said, a resort fee of 250 rubles per person!!! There was no such thing anywhere else!

I don't advise anyone! We were robbed in this hotel in 2013, and how can you not see anything, not hear, not a single camera. In general, they have a mess or such a business we do not know! But the sediment is for life!

The worst hotel we've ever lived in.
Dirt, ruin, old furniture, a running kettle and a shower, plus rotovirus. They ran away from there, they didn't even take the money. The overall impression of Abkhazia is completely spoiled.
I don't recommend it, it's disgusting 🤢

The whole family arrived, they said that there was a kitchen and everything was working. We took a room on the ground floor because everything was occupied. Some kind of Soviet furniture, the TV box is also Soviet, the toilet is normal. And the kitchen itself looks so-so, visually everything seemed to work, but it wasn't there, there is a stove that is not filled with gas, a washing machine that does not work, there is no microwave, there is something like it only very small. I won't say anything about the 2nd floor, because I don't know. In short, I do not recommend it.
