I'm usually not strict about establishments at all, but this… Of the advantages, there is only a beautiful interior inside and a good staff, that's all. The summer playground is not at all attractive, especially those disgusting drawings on the walls. The dishes are cooked for a long time. We ordered a lot of positions, I can't say that at least I liked something very much + I was poisoned.. Now it's clear why their tables are almost always empty.

There is no worse institution in this city, I strongly recommend not to visit, incompetent employees, starting with waiters, ending with the administrator. The waiting time was not announced upon boarding, only the bar from 30 minutes, the kitchen from an hour. After 45 minutes, only broth was brought, without appliances, I had to beg, followed by fresh (not corresponding to the menu in volume), then a Dorado grill was brought, I attach a photo where it is clearly visible that this is not a grill, to which the waiter listened to our comments and did not object, then we invited the administrator, and worse than that, I have not met) the administrator proved to me that this is a grilled fish and she knows perfectly well what a grill looks like, allegedly they have it flat, entered into an argument, moreover, the fish had a very unpleasant smell. The administrator objected to the removal of this dish. We refused to wait for the rest of the dishes, brought the bill and all the positions were in it, then the waiter just crossed out the positions with a pen that they did not take out to us after 1:30 (even drinks). But these are not all surprises)Here the waiter says that payment by card is not possible))I had to translate it.When leaving, no one said goodbye and the administrator did not even apologize. Please, the management of this institution, pay attention to their staff, as well as the kitchen!!!Just ugh, it's a shame

Flies flies, lots of flies guys set traps why should I fight flies for food. I understand there is no water in the city, but washing from the tank is somehow not comme il faut. The service is just terrible, it all started badly from the very beginning. We waited for the waiter for a very long time; after accepting the order (a long one, since half of the menu simply does not exist), the menu remained on the table, on which terribly dirty bedding was placed. They brought drinks that tasted like alcohol diluted with water and that's it, without anything else. At the request to redo, the cocktails were taken away, then forgotten about them, and only after 40 minutes, according to our reminder, they were redone to us with a surprised look. The dishes are terribly dirty, the appliances are not washed and not everything has even been taken out. We had to ask for a spoon separately. The hookah in the bill turned out to be premium, which we did not order, to which the hookah man told us that we did not specify(although the order was originally for a classic one). Thank you for at least bothering to make a discount. But after that, he managed to finish off the situation and just dropped the red-hot coal on the table, cutlery, etc., for which he did not even apologize.
After we paid, the change of 400 rubles was brought only in the amount of 300)))))
Unfortunately, there is no desire to return to this institution.

Well, what can I say.... Dirty glasses for drinks, the kitchen itself is for an amateur.. not high-quality products, you can smell the dying chicken in the Caesar salad, etc. Plus alco cocktails, they're just alcohol-free..... The only thing the waitress girls are trying and that's it.

Dear chefs, are these seafood products in short supply here??? The pieces of meat are rubber through one. But the fish must have been lying around for a long time, the smell is still the same.
Since you position yourself as an institution of a decent level, so be kind and draw conclusions.

I have been going to this cafe since June of this year and am very satisfied with the service and food, I did not feel any rot in the food, all the food was served fresh, the waiters serve at the highest level, politely and culturally, the food itself is delicious, I tried a lot of things from the menu and I liked everything.

After the first visit, extremely negative emotions remained, hair was found in the burger, the waiter tried to prove that we had planted it, after he realized that the hair was involved in the cutlet, he just pulled it out and said "not now", fortunately I took a picture and called the administrator, they apologized to us and said that the dish would be removed from the bill, and a dessert as a gift. As a result, the burger and dessert are punched into the bill, and again the conversation with the administrator. After today's visit, my opinion about this institution has not changed: the dishes are not removed from the table, the order was waiting for about an hour with an empty hall, the quality of the products wants the best, you can't call the waiter, the juice tasted of antibiotics. In general, this is the most terrible institution in the whole zigzag, I will not come anymore and I do not recommend visiting!!!

Soaked cakes with delicious cream, served on a large white ceramic plate and decorated with kiwi, mint and strawberry slices. It was a complete delight! A month later, on April 20, 2019, we visited Corduroy again. This time I had to call the manager! It seems that Napoleon was bought around the corner, with the second freshness, thrown in a piece on a wooden board two, shortened with acrylic and dusted with powder. The manager came up, tried to apologize vaguely, saying that they would take into account all the comments, BUT there was no desire to return to Corduroy again!!!
