Veloche group is the developer of the cancelled Phuket Encore condominium project. Previously, the Veloche group built The Ark and Pine condominiums, in which it sells and rents apartments. Briefly my story. In May 2018, I signed an agreement with the Veloche group to purchase an apartment in the Phuket Encore condominium at the pre-sale stage. I paid 50%. Construction was supposed to begin in November 2018, the completion date is November 2020. However, the Veloche group company did not build the project, in November 2020 announced the cancellation of the project, but does not want to return the money. It was planned to build 306 apartments in the project. According to information from the Internet, about 70% of the apartments were sold, which is more than 200 apartments. For six months after the cancellation of the project, the Veloche group has not returned money to anyone. That is, more than 200 people were thrown.
Conclusion: never contact the Veloche group! If they just threw 200 people on sales in an unfinished project, then they can also throw on rent in their completed projects The Ark and Pine.
