We rented a three-room apartment.
Of the advantages:
Protected area;
There is a parking lot;
There is a gym on site (open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.);
There is a swimming pool, you can swim around the building.
Those who live on the ground floor can dive directly from the apartment into the pool.
There is a reception (open during the day).
The main disadvantage:
The building needs renovation, everything is tired:(
Overall, we are happy with the stay.
In 14 days, 90,000 + 13,000 housing and communal services were paid (payment by meters) and lived since April 7, 2025.
Someone wrote on Google about roosters crowing, but you can't hear them in the room, you can only hear them on the balcony, but it doesn't bother you.

Excellent condo,with a good location,we lived in the Ark building,10-15 minutes walk to the Karle beach,near cafes and restaurants, the only minus of the Ark building is not covered Parking,and a swimming pool, open until 19.00,there is a gym and a children's club on the territory, but we have never been there in 3 weeks.

Wonderful apartment! Polite staff, beautiful view from the 6th floor to the sea. Upon arrival, dishes were provided, including for cooking. Cleaning of the health insurance 1 time a week. There is a swimming pool with sun beds and a fitness room.
The only disadvantage of the apartments is the bed linen and towels - sometimes they come with small spots.

Veloche group – beware of scammers!
Veloche group is the developer of the cancelled Phuket Encore condominium project. Previously, the Veloche group built The Ark and Pine condominiums, in which it sells and rents apartments. The Veloche group's ownership of the Phuket Encore, The Ark and Pine projects is confirmed by information on the official website of the Veloche group - https://www.velochegroup.com .
Briefly my story. In May 2018, I signed an agreement with the Veloche group to purchase an apartment in the Phuket Encore condominium at the pre-sale stage. I paid 50%. Construction was supposed to begin in November 2018, the completion date is November 2020. However, the Veloche group company did not build the project, in November 2020 announced the cancellation of the project, but does not want to return the money. It was planned to build 306 apartments in the project. According to information from the Internet, about 70% of the apartments were sold, which is more than 200 apartments. For six months after the cancellation of the project, the Veloche group has not returned money to anyone. That is, more than 200 people were thrown.
Conclusion: never contact the Veloche group! If they just threw 200 people on sales in an unfinished project, then they can also throw on rent in their completed projects The Ark and Pine.
