Excellent condo,with a good location,we lived in the Ark building,10-15 minutes walk to the Karle beach,near cafes and restaurants, the only minus of the Ark building is not covered Parking,and a swimming pool, open until 19.00,there is a gym and a children's club on the territory, but we have never been there in 3 weeks.

The Ark building is at the very top of the mountain. His care is very mediocre. We were on New Year's Eve, the pool lights were never turned on for 2 weeks. The bedroom smells of sewage from the ventilation.
