A complete disappointment from the bike and the service.They ordered on alloy wheels, there is one model in the passport, in fact completely different, on spokes.The manager does not control the situation, takes the order, changes it several times, waited more than 2 weeks.Gifts are just for throwing away, it would be better to give a pump than non-working hours and stickers.I do not recommend it

If you want to lose your money, then feel free to contact them! I bought a bike from them when they brought it, I did not immediately check it, when it was time to ride it, it turned out that it was broken, I called them for a week and asked them to take it away, repair it, or exchange it for a new one. They took it away, a month has passed, the bike is still missing. They answer every call that they will bring it tomorrow, they answer rudely. I demand a refund - they don't give it back. No bike for me, no money. Don't mess around... I bought various things over the Internet, but this is the first time I've encountered such rudeness!!!

There are a lot of nuances with this organization, managers say one thing, in fact quite another..bicycles arrive at the customer and are showered after half an hour of driving..the prices are not encouraging at all, there is one amount on checks, and one and a half times more on contracts..the contract is not allowed to be terminated, referring to the fact that the goods are not subject to return and exchange..
