If you are a tourist, I do not recommend renting bicycles here. The prices are simply huge.
There are electric bicycles in Baku that can be rented every minute through the app. The rental price is 20 manats per day. This is the cost of a daily subscription, which includes 180 minutes of riding and 10 unlocks. If you increase the limit, the price will be about 0.1–0.2 manats per minute.
Electric bicycles are a great solution for getting around the city, because they save energy. However, we needed two bicycles, and only one could be rented with the app. That's why we contacted this company to rent a regular bike.
We thought we could rent it for 20-30 manats per day, which is about 1200-1800 rubles. But the seller said that the rental price would be 60 manats per day. We were very surprised and asked why a regular bike costs more than an electric one. He could not give us a clear answer to this question.
We offered him 20 manats (1200 rubles) for renting two bicycles for three days. He pretended to be counting something and offered us 25 manats a day. However, greed took its toll, and we refused his offer. He ran out after us and said that he was ready to reduce the price to 20 manats, but we did not take the bike on principle.
To be honest, I think that the cost of renting a regular bike was about 10-15 manats per day, and they wanted to cash in on us. So be careful when renting bicycles from this company.
